Unless the new Vision GT races can be won using something else than the Tomahawk, they're the first events in GT history that I won't win. I haven't tried yet but I've driven the top two Tomahawks and those things simply aren't controllable at full speed.
Tomahawks aren't eligible.

Yes they are - I meant the new races in the Professional series, not the Amateur series. However to answer my own question, other cars work just fine.

I used the Audi and that worked alright. Found it a bit hard to catch the LM55 on Dragon Trail but in my defense I was learning the car and track on that one!

Does anybody else out there wish that GT-Sport had all of the current British Touring Car Championship cars in it? Talk about a fun class of cars to play with.

If not they should have a Gr.TC class cars in the game that has major focus on Touring Car racing cars. Group 4 is kinda close but has GT cars in it and Supercar(Aston, Ferrari ect.) It would be cool to have just a touring car class. Especially since the game has some of the right tracks for TC racing.

Also, since random post is random. Names like Buster Grumbles do actually exist in the real world.

I think we need lower sound volumes of tyres squeak and transmission whine. Even with -5 for both they are too loud.

Anyone know whether it's possible to detune the x2015 to make it on level with a modern F1 car

I'm talking about the red Bull fan car

There's only the Standard, no Fan Version.
I did a lap around Suzuka with it in its stock version, and it's really fast around corners, but lacking in speed. Maybe if you lower the aero and change the gearing, you could achieve similar reactions from the car.
My time, even though I didn't change anything in the car, was 1 tenth slower than Lewis Hamilton pole lap in 2017. The speed is really taking a toll here.
