Gosh I walk away from this thread for 30 mins!! suddenly everything has come out before the public press conference!

All the news is excellent and I hate to be debbie downer but Kaz is known to sometimes embellish the true fullness of confirmed features and sometimes they never even true at all. When I saw this slide I thought.... hmmm, where have I seen something like this before.

And the GT5 promises.

Exactly what was popping into my head. I'm not going to hold on to these snippets until we can actually get a full game to confirm them. That's not to say I'm not liking what I'm seeing, but past practices and such.

Which is all well and good, but then they probably shouldn't announce a public beta then. This smells a lot more like "We ran out of time and cutting the beta was preferable to pushing the release date any later than November".

Well at least we no longer have to argue about whether they're hitting the 'early' target or not. They ain't hitting any target.

There are some neat new GT3 cars, and taking the fresh Audi R8 around the Nordschleife is a pretty electric experience, even if the frame-rate chugs with 19 other cars on the circuit.

After all the info, the screens, the features, I'm way more impressed than I could possibly have hoped for. And I was hyped to the max!

With that it mind, the beta IS a waste of time. Time which I'd rather they spent putting into the full game and releasing it on time.

Good thing? You must be joking... We know what issues hadvgt5 and gt6at launch and years on...

For once it could had been well balanced and bugless with community help...

I suspect Gran Turismo 7 won't come out until like 2018, which by then, many other racing games will have come out. Possibly a new Playstation console or 2 as well. Welp

Eeeehh...he says it looks like GT6, so I'm not 100% ready to take his word as gospel.

Plus, game is out in November. I'm sure the build will change several times before then.
