For the swirl/splash I used a decal I scanned from a fingerprint - here if anyone wants.

This livery was intended for the GTPlanet LEC Round 25, but due to my laziness, I ended up didn't bother modifying it to remove the ORC and HKS logos in order to fit in with the rules.

First decent itasha effort, unlike the Inazuma livery that would be my Itasha Challenge LEC entry. This is the V2 with fixes to decal projection settings concerning the character decal interacting with the McLaren's intake vents. Decal courtesy of kuboha90.

This is my first livery using the 2018 Super Taikyu number boxes that were almost left unused until now. Don't worry, this livery is Sport Mode compatible. Koakuma decal courtesy of kimurayasunori01, a friend of @darth_tails and @LoneWolf696.

There's also a WRX that is in progress, but let's just drop a bean by saying that one of the decals is from orthoside.

I was very excited to take the Gr.4 Huracan to Suzuka this week and Tokyo next week after getting a lot of joy out of those combinations when they were last featured in daily races. After actually driving however it appears I can't drive at all, but I accidentally made a new livery for the car which I'm so excited by I'm going to share it in this thread for the first time:

What if Endless Brakes decided to go white and dropped their feline graphics for Asashio from Kantai Collection? Asashio decal courtesy of orthoside. The body paint itself is a white pearl with blue lines separating the pearl white parts with the white decal parts. Oh and sorry for any weird cutoffs with the character decal when viewed from certain angles other than dead straight.

Incomplete, poor quality picture... Wanted to try a few different colors, the rear is giving me so much trouble I bailed for today.

Hopefully I'll be able to finish it one day so I'll be able to just be able to change the paint colors to try different colors without losing the two tone (is that the right term?) paint.

I just wanted to drop by and say thank you to all those who create such an amazing liveries! I recently got back into GT Sport and I am overwelmed by the sheer quality of the liveries.

I've been making liveries again! (and about time too) and here are my most recent 3 liveries I have created, each in a different vehicle category too

First up is this SLS AMG Gr4 livery design, basing it off of the existing fictional sponsor ingame, this was actually started uite a while ago and only really finished up now as i wasnt sure what to do with it at the earlier time, but i gave it some ice cleanups and additional depth to eventually give it a more complete look. One of the few cars I have made with a Matte base paint too!

Next up, on probably the most recent vehicle of the lot, this racing livery for the McLaren F1 GTR, being made for my own fictional sponsor 'Comet Engineering' though while I am very happy with the overall design and look, the original plan was to pair this sponsor with a green body, but I felt the red looked better here, maybe I should try it again for a second opinion...

Finally, this Gr1 racing livery for the Alpine VGT was one ive been wanting to make for a long time to replace one of my older ones I did for the car. This one, despite its simplicity in looks, took a long time to make, especially with filling in the other areas of the car such as the side-sills/intakes and the overall colour balance. The red only came about due to the racing number using it, so I felt that i had to incorporate it more into the overall design and im quite glad i did as it adds a nice tertiary colour to the whole design. I'm very happy with how this one came about overall though

Welp I haven't been posting much but I've got plenty of spare time to be making liveries now that I've been laid off work. I have also been playing a little bit of Assetto Corsa Competizione which makes it a convenient source of replica material.

And on the comments section, we got the guy whom I "borrowed" the Porsche from for "an inspection"

And suddenly, looking through my livery archives, I saw an RC F GT3 Proto that had that same oversight of conflicting sponsors.

We do sometimes have clashing sponsors on our race liveries and, if the series enforces it (looking at you, N24), even in real life! But that guy (no naming here) seems to just plaster some random sponsors without having an idea about what type of company it is.

Another thing to point out are covered main sponsors on an itasha livery, like this example:

This will be pretty subjective, but that kind of livery may be a 50/50 if it works or not. Real life motorsport itashas have no main sponsor on the side (GSR Miku AMG came into mind) or have the character moved out of the way (some IngIng P.MU cars) or at least have it over the character (bonnets of various itashas, I believe?)

Slight change of pace here, but I apparently want your opinions, for whatever reason it might be...

I like your cars and i also make designs for gt sometimes every evening. Did you have a life beside GT Sport. Its sometime really hard to work and spend time in the game. And you released more then one design every day? Which one is your Profile in GT Sport?

Just like half of the livery « creators » in the game. Thankfully, here in the forum and the most popular designers in the game now are above average, but I remember the early days where a lot of liveries were colour change or basic sponsors.
