Is it just me or do the current F1 cars have a massive wheel base? I mean huge! What is it? Do they just have small wheels or something?

Yep, the wheelbase on Lewi's car is 7" longer than my Ford F150 pickup with 8' bed.
The shortest car on the grid, the Williams is only 1" shorter than my F150.

There is no option to buy the Mercedes with #77 (I know Bottas has no fans so it isn't the greatest priority but it would've softened the blow of having to race with Hamilton's name on the car).

The helmet/suit editors are quite limited. Helmets must have a black circle on the top with a GT logo and suits can only have designs in certain areas, I don't think you can do anything with the legs.

As a Ferrari fan do many really think Ferrari would allow a Lamborghini livery on their F1 car.

You can get rid of the black circle on top of the helmet. Right next to the decal texture.

Hmmmm what was PD thinking with the sound of the Merc F1. It literally sounds like a any other GT3.GT2 car.....
Am I hearing this correcting. Why is the exhaust noise not more throaty and raspy?? Why is the engine noise sound exactly like a regular gt3?? what's happening here ?

PD being PD is what's happening. This is expected.

I mean they could just record the sounds off the TV since F1 broadcast is so high quality these days.

F1 sounded like crap the minute they put turbos in the manifold. Didn't think that would be a surprise if you've been watching the new turbo era F1 races.

If the 787B only sounds "ok" then it's not good. Anything other than "oh my god" is a failure for that car's sound.

Yeah pretty much, even back in Forza 4, the 787 set the standard for what a rotary should sound like and nothing has come close.

I expect this one won't.

8. Physics Simulation Model
　- The Tyre Simulation Model has been adjusted: handling during acceleration, deceleration and cornering have changed;
- The differences in grip power due to tyre temperature variations in races where the "Tyre Wear" option is enabled have been adjusted;
　- In "Sport" mode, "Lobby", and "Custom Race", the amount of grip reduction when the [Grip Red. on Wet Track/Track Edge] option within the [Race Settings] is set to “Real” has been adjusted. (When set to “Real”, the grip reduction when picking up debris on tyres from driving off track, etc. will be more severe and it will take longer to recover grip compared to before);
　- The handling of Formula cars when using the DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller has been adjusted;
　- With this update of car's physics simulation model, the rankings of "Driving School", "Mission Challenge", and "Circuit Experience" has been reset. (This will not affect a player's level progression).

I actually like the way the new era of F1 sounds...and I also like the way the old F1's sound. You can actually like both SURPRISE!!!. Also idk if your ears are working properly but if you listen to F1....and listen to the one in the game you'd notice one of those is not like other
