Yeah.... it's probably the F1:lol:

I don't know, certain parts of it just look off to me:confused: The front end over the wheel arches and sloping down just look off to be an F1.

Maybe I'm just imagining things because of the blurry silhouette. Why the need to be so cryptic Kaz?

Only the time can tell us the truth!

Here is my theory: all these cars being added for free are (mostly) from GT6, and I think this pattern will continue until April, where they will release paid DLC for new models that have never been in the franchise. Think about it - all but 4 cars added in so far are from GT6. This content seems no different. Let's just dispel a few notions once and for all - we'll be getting the Ferrari 330 P4, Jaguar XJR-13, Ford GT '06, Ferrari 512 BB, Dodge Viper GTS '99, McLaren F1, Toyota 2000GT, Toyota FT-1, Toyota Supra MK IV and the Lamborghini Diablo (most likely the GT variation based on my theory). So, bearing the pattern in mind, what cars do we want to see come back from GT6? My top 5: Pagani Huayra, Lamborghini Aventador, Toyota AE86, Holden Commodore SS and the Dodge Charger 440 '70.

The GTS is probably the '02 since that was the premium model in GT6. I'd agree whatever we see in the near future is more likely than not going to be from GT6. And I think the biggest reason all of this is free DLC now is because they know they couldn't get away with charging for cars we had access to in GT6.

I like new cars, but I think that nothing but at least two new tracks and maybe Seasonal Events can't back game to live...

And Leaderboards, overall world/region/friends leaderboards everywhere!

Very cool update ! Very happy to see so many cars coming so soon as promissed. Adding content on monthly basis is fast enough and adding a track or 2 every update would be a dream. Le Mans surely would seem to be the first addition looking at this front row. Now only hoping they will not cost 20million.

Also will hope for some bug fixes and other patch and updates dealing with some (minor) issues. Great work PD !

I have to say I agree with the poster above saying N200 and N300 lobbies are not quite popular which seems strange regarding all the fuss about streetcars. My personal lobbies are almost always full and only with N100-500 cars.

Would be nice to see more car variation in sport mode. Lambo LP400 is cool. Put it in and not always the Golf or EVO. Give some harder and more classic cars a chance to be raced online a little more.

I thought to myself, lets see, I bet the first comment is negative so I thought lets see and bam there it was. So predictable. Be thankful that we are getting this. Not one update is required by PD so I am thankful for whatever they give and best of all they are all free.
This exactly. I hope that PD will add more tracks soon and people need to pay for them. $10 per added track would be perfect to me as a reply to all the “haters”.

I've been digging away at some doubts on car number 3, the so called GT40 Mk.1.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm confident it's a Ford GT '06. The main culprit, if not the rear bumper that only the GT has, is the side mirrors. They're a little flat, and if they're re-using the same model from GT6, it's inconsistent with the GT40.
I thought it was a nascar at first glance.

1. Ferrari 330 P4
2. Jaguar XJ13
3. Ford GT '05-'06
4. Ferrari 512 BB
5. Dodge Viper GTS '02
6. McLaren F1
7. Toyota 2000GT
8. Toyota FT-1
9. Toyota Supra (A80)
10. Lamborghini Diablo GT

I think it's clear. All of these cars were in GT6 (except Supra which was a standard model).

These cars are for the people who doesn't have PlayStation Plus, or those who likes to play in lobbies Cops n' Robbers, etc, too. But I agree, we need more circuits, and I want them with wet weather!

I think you may be wrong. People use to drive race cars more because usually they're easier to drive or to play with. I don't even touch any lobbie that says cops etc because I dont like that concept and it could be full of kids playing bumper cars.

These cars are for "car fans" that is not necessary interesting for "racing fans". To my surprise I discovered that some people who like racing are not that interesed in cars at all.

I had taken a closer look and noticed that the front of the car is shorter than the Mclaren and the windows are not the same shape.:odd:

To be Honest this has me even more convinced it's the F1.
The bottom picture needs to be scaled down a little.
The mirrors are correct and so is the shape of the front including the indicator.

(or maybe it's me hoping it's the F1 because I like it more than the ugly Huayra )

Looking a the details in relief, the mirrors match, the side indicator lamp matches, the curvature of the front arches align and the light across the air intake matches up with certain models in the production run where the strake was more prominent.

Really liking to see some returns, I'm already itching to hear the new sound for every car but especially the Viper GTS.
I'm really hoping the Ford GT40 is the MK1 Race car and not the MK4. It always bothered me that the GT40 was a standard in GT5 and 6.
Apart from I would love to see many standards return like the Alfa Romeo GT and 147 GTA, the BMW M3 CSL, the Chaparral 2J, the Lamborghini NOMAD GT1, the Lotus Esprit Sport 350 and many many others.

The M3 CSL yes pleeease!!! My favourite from back in the day.

Noz
Now everyone is excited about new cars, everytime i read someone wishing more cars im like "wtf, in the end every lobby is gr. 3 or gr. 4" so why is everyone so happy, if i open a lobby with gr. 3 and dragon trail the lobby fills within seconds, but if you change the cargroup to say N200 90% is leaving, so **** you and your excitement, i really wish there were AI Lobbys with random car and track rotation...

Hahaha my man that's a FACT.

I've been doing some experimenting and....
Lately I've had luck starting N600/N300 races with 9+ people but it was ALWAYS been on dragon trail.
Other than that yeah, Gr3 and Gr4 races completely dominate the lobbies and it's always on the same tracks.

I second your track rotation idea
