Return this car to a stock setting and adjust your break bias to between 70-30 to 60-40, front-rear
A stock setting for that car will be enough to win, go light on aero if your car's slower than others and keep a balence.
I don't like the extreme toe on it personally. I find the cars to handle much better if you drop that -0.50 F / +0.50 R down to -0.10 F / +0.10 R to be easier in corners with pad use. Brake bias is fine at 5 F / 5 R imo.
