Sounds like you need a Foam Dome!In my drunk scientific research, I found that 15sec per lap is the ideal amount of drinking.

lol, I might not make it to the end of the race if I got that
I would not call that grinding. In my mind, it’s doing races you wouldn’t otherwise do for the sole purpose of banking the credits. I’ve done races I didn’t really want to or wouldn’t have chosen to progress in the game, but I think that’s different than choosing something with a high payout simply for the credits.Ok after some thought I might have to rewrite my answer. Does doing what you want BUT make your mieage mark every day considered farming/grinding? I race and nothing what I said before has changed but I did notice that I do hit my mileage mark everyday (and get those glorious tickets). Thoughts?
I am not sure if "popular" would be the right word to use (though I am not a native English speaker). But I think a lot of people have given up on it, and adjusted to the fact that you need to do a lot of races, time trials etc. to get the money to even be able to buy some of the "dream cars" in Brand Central or Legend Cars. During the menu books, licenses etc. you get a lot of gift cars, but most of them are the low PP, little exciting options. Except when you're interested in some very specific collections (IDK, all Nissan cars or something like that.) So, basically, I think most people see it as an unwelcome, necessary need. Plus, then there are those who just really enjoying racing and getting better at their races every time they go for it.I would not call that grinding. This has been interesting to see the replies and votes. I would not have guessed grinding for credits was as popular as it is.
Same. For me there was a period of about a month after I finished grinding and got all the cars that the game felt almost new again and I could enjoy it much more without any concern at all as to the payout for whatever I chose to do. It felt rather freeing to be able to just do whatever. I did a lot of circuit experiences, time trials, trying different cars and tunes at races I hadn’t done since week 1 doing the Menu Books and then Golding all license tests I only had silver for. That quickly wore off and ever since I have only logged on for about 2 hours per month, the day of a content update, simply to acquire all the new content and perform the new engine swaps and mod/give a quick tune to all the new cars.I grinded until I bought all the cars. Now that I own them all, I'm not inspired to grind any more. I'm really not inspired to play the game that much anymore. Sport is okay, but after running the same race a couple times, I'm done. Time Trials? Why bother?
Isn't the past tense of 'grind' "ground"?
-> while seeing the result on a track that has a decent payoff.grind is just secondary, i enjoy tuning and racing different cars.
