Grinding For Credits

If you don't mind the rally tracks...I usually hit 2 birds with one stone and get most of my daily miles and a bonus of circa 200,000cr for a 5 lap race in Fishermans Ranch.

Choose any N200 or N300 car (N100 is hard!) Set up a Custom race, take out boost as this increases your pay. Set to professional. Then race a N1000 or Grp b. for some fun!..By the end of 5 laps I am usually 30s+ winning. If you don't want to do 5 laps just do 2 laps for 70,000 cr etc I do this every few days for a top up of 200.000 cr 👍

I thought I'd give this a go for comparison. So N399 Scooby vs GrB Pike's Peak Audi in a 10 min enduro (aka 3 laps) round Fisherman's Wharf. I finished 23 seconds ahead and 90k something richer. So not bad, but not quite as lucrative as N299 vs Gr1 round the 'ring in x10 fuel mode which is 133k or so in 10:30 or so.

Nurb still works found a setup on youtube with the miata! Search for the user mishiaru & lolzombies. Only thing i changed from that setup was grid position to 4th. This method makes about 140k XP per hour which is way better than 40k per hour in the panorama one! Definitely grinding this out to 50 now

I've figured this and the Bathurst one out now. In short you back in very slowly, then when the auto drive kicks in it will try and turn the car around. During this if the car strays outside the pitlane then you gain control once again and pootle over the line in 1st. It'll probably work at every track, depending on turning circles etc, which is where the mishiaru & lolzombies tweak comes in as the main part of that is getting a wide turning circle and positioning the car correctly on the grass/curb. I didn't bother with all the transmission settings, it was far too much like hard work!

The car barely turns, it takes 40-45 seconds to do a run and takes real concentration when backing up, but after half an hour of training I made 10 M Cr. and went from level 42,5 to 43,5 in 2 hours (2100 XP per race with 150% bonus). Unlikely, they will patch this soon, but knowing now what XP it takes to level 50, I have a plan for the weekend I managed to go only level 29 to 42 with the glitch before patch.

It's far from decent pay, it would take a while (more than I'd say is ok) to buy single expensive cars without these glitches, let alone get a bunch of them.

Edit: To be fair I'd say the campaign stuff gives good pay, but as a one time payment it's a finite source

It does work if you do it EXACTLY as he does. The key is to let your car auto-drive out of the pitlane

Jumped from 44-49 since I found that french youtube link about 24hrs ago. What a life saver. 400k xp to go and its gonna be all over! I have a feeling that gt league will be generous with the xp but i cant afford to take any chances this far along the way. Take advantage while its still live!

I don't understand, why not just earn the cars legit? It's interesting to see the glitch but I wouldn't use it.
I'd rather earn my cars from doing actual racing. its more fun and gratifying.

Some people want to race up to level 50 as soon as possible. Any glitch that works is fair game. I don't understand it myself but having said that, I use the x10 fuel trick to win N24 one lap races in an N100 vs GR3 cars!

Level 50 doesn't bother me, it's owning all the cars in the game that I'm interested in, and credits for normal races don't exactly come thick and fast.

Seems stupid as well that you can do a full 24 hour timed race in arcade mode yet won't let you save it mid race or in the pits! Can get top money and XP etc but no point if you can't save it!

It’s insulting that 30 lap Mission races that take well over a half hour, basically pay you pocket lint for getting gold! Daily workout cars, people are getting 10x duplicates which cannot be sold for cash!!!

Nonsense like THAT is why some of us take advantage whenever possible.

I feel the pain, the game gave me 6 bugatti's in a row for dailys. i have 2 16ltr ones, and 4 vision ones gr.x... its annoying and i would of hopped that they can work some mechanic to trade the cars for MP or $.

Just tested it. Still works. Trick is all the settings. Racing Super Soft Rear. Comfort Hard Front. And reverse slowly 5-7km/h. On the edge of the curb.

Dont get me wrong im glad we can still do it this way but i just dont get what do all these settings do that makes this work again all of a suden. The actual act is the same as before.

Dont get me wrong im glad we can still do it this way but i just dont get what do all these settings do that makes this work again all of a suden. The actual act is the same as before.

I'm not entirely sure. But in my testing I found that if you don't at least have the tire combo correct. When the game auto drives. It doesn't move the car enough to clear the inside boundary wall enough. So the Auto drive system reverses and takes you through the pits. So the glitch doesn't work.

Reasons are many. If you collect trophies, you need level 50 to earn platinum. I for example like to play a racing game whith the cars I want, not grinding for them with cars I don't. I have been playing Forza Horizon 3 and this low payout system perhaps meant to keep you play destroys the game experience totally and makes you hate the game for grinding instead of liking it for racing what you want. I will never make enough to drive all the cars in FH3, that much driving is simply not humanly possible, as with level 50 in GTS. Did you know that level 45 is only half way through for total XP needed to level 50? This makes the game practically unfinishable with casual playing for years.

I use the handbrake. Doing 20-22sec lap times now. 300k xp to go for me and im done!
