Grinding For Credits

"
Some people want to race up to level 50 as soon as possible. Any glitch that works is fair game. I don't understand it myself but having said that, I use the x10 fuel trick to win N24 one lap races in an N100 vs GR3 cars!
"

How do you do this fuel glitch for 1 lap race? Too many pages to filter throw Im so lost everyone has a method what is the best end easiest for money so I can own every car?

Doing this, i actually think the "glitch" will stay for a while because it was already fixed but do to steering and torque settings, the car cant turn 180* fast enough. I mean i dont see how they will ever fix this because A: this is because of car setup settings and B: you cant completely block access to the pits because its a custom race. How would the game know if you will be using fuel and tire wear and that you need or dont need the pits.

But besides that, jesus this car shifts so fast now it was really a chore before waiting to cross the finish line.

@Archangel2222

Forget that, just do the same Nurburgring one where you get even more credits n xp in 45 seconds. Look on previous page, somebody posted the YT video.

Setting fuel and tire wear parameters are done before the race. They could easily block the pits if there is no need to change tires or add fuel.

I cant get it to work, auto drive makes me go through the pits. I cant drive out of the pits to the finish line when Im reversing slowly in the pits

You have to drive super slow and also try to have your tire just a little over the curb on the grass. If you are not wide enough the car will hit the barrier and go into the pits. If your tire is bit out of the track it will make a wide turn and pass the wall. Have a look at the video again and see the line the guy reverses.

gosh that is so hard to perfect, seen a couple vids and that one and i feel like I am, going about 10kmh and trying to stay in the red and white curb with a wheel slightly touching the grass and I cant turn it without hitting the wall like they do. Do you have to hold or press any buttons on the controller during auto drive? I cant get it close at all its so tough to nail all the time with placement and speed if Im missing something

No need to press anything, it will pass the wall and then give you control. Actually go slower than that...like 5kmh...just let it reverse by its own weight. I tried 10 and above and yea it reverses back in to the pits.

Finally got to 50! Thanks to everyone on here this thread helped alot! Did the panorama from 38-44. Then it only took less than 2 days once I found out about the nurb setup. Was doing consistent 20-23sec laps at 1800xp w/ bonus on almost all runs. Probably did 150k xp per hour more or less. Goodluck on the update to those still on the grind!

I still cant get it, watched the vids so many times, I ensure that the back wheel is touching a small amount of grass, made sure the front and back wheel also touch a small amount of grass. Changed tyres from super softs, softs, comfort soft mixed it up, turned traction control off nothing works. A couple times I got close I hit the upper edge of the barrier but the car then turned back and into the pits just when I thought itll keep accelerating to clear the pit lane it didnt

Its more about the car setup man you have to follow what the guy posted. And its comfort hard front, racing super soft rear.

You need to set the race to start at 4th position
Yeah, I know. I meant the level, not the time. I got it down to 25 seconds from 4th position.

You need to set up the car correctly as well. It's not enough just to drive like in the video.

I use the handbrake. Doing 20-22sec lap times now. 300k xp to go for me and im done!
If I recall correctly, using the handbrake prevents you from receiving a clean race bonus, does it not?

Does it still work after last nights update?
It still works!

Time to start grinding again then I guess. I only had time to go to Level 33 before with the Nurb reverse glitch, before it got patched. After that I accepted my fate as being part of the group that would never reach 50. But it raises my spirit to hear that it works once more. : )

This is still the best grinding option out there but the grind from lvl 45-50 is so damn slow. Someone said it took him 2 n a half hours just to get to lvl 50 from 49 this way.

Besides the glitch they should make the EXP higher in the future update. I just did a race in Sport, 8 clean laps and i got 240xp.....i need 145.000 to get to next lvl lol. The way things are if they want people to earn lvl 50 the fair way its going to take you a lifetime.

Make sure u have the proper tire combo , comfort hard front, race supersoft at the rear.

I've just double-checked my stats, and apparently I'm 7% of the way to level 50. That's taken seven weeks, without grinding, glitching or anything else other than hopping onto GT Sport most (not all) days, doing some online races, doing a handful of (full) N100 vs Gr.1/N24 races and, of course, completing the campaign mode.

That means that level 50 would come in natural game play in roughly 100 weeks, or slightly less than two years. There's some slowing, of course - Campaign provides about 22,000XP and takes a couple of days, but then finishing off all 45 of the Achievements will grant around another 250,000XP over time - but then I'm also not taking into account the XP to be gained doing the GT League events. Largely because I don't know how much there will be yet.

Now, if you're one of GT Sport's target 77-year olds, that might be the rest of your life. Otherwise, that's less than half of the gap between GT6 and GT Sport.

By all means shorten the run if you want to, but in two years' time I'm thoroughly expecting some of the people who've used methods like this to get up to level 50 will be impatiently demanding to know about the next game because there's nothing left to do in this one...

@Famine

I completely agree. GT Sport is a long term game, might even last next 4 years or even longer if they continue constant updates. But I already finished all the "single player" with all gold so all Im left with till the new update is this. I play Sport as well but its a constant destruction derby at the moment and even if you run clean, they pay off is so low. Also as much as I love GT, I dont stick to one game for more than 2 years. I mean theres so many games coming out and then LIFE of course :D The glitch is a great way to kill time.

I should show you my Skyrim stats. I think I've managed two actual years of gameplay across the various platforms and saves.

My early battlefield stats make me cringe! Although saying that, due to injury I did abuse GTS for 3-4 weeks when it came out. :D
