Wednesday Night Geezer Race

Tuning permitted for all races. T - 3X F - 3X

1st. race: Porsche Spider Type 550/1500RS - SM - 500PP
Suzuka Short - 15 laps

2nd race: Honda Civic Type R (EK) Touring Car - SS - 600PP
Trail Mountain - 7 Laps

3rd race: Ford Mustang Boss 429 - RH - 700PP
Le Mans - 5 laps

Room opens at 7:30 pm EDT , Race starts at 8:00
Open to all Geezers friends and friends of friends

Sunday 8th Jan

Lobby Open 10.00 ET, 15.00 UK. (This will take place during our usual Sunday racing. Lobby opens 08.30 ET 13.30 UK)


Car: GR2 Honda NSX GT500 '08

Track/Laps: Sardegna A, 18 Laps
Tyres: Rs/RM. Both sets to be used during race. Quali tyre open choice.
The tyre multiplier is x8 and the fuel is x6. We start with a full tank.

Practise/Qualification: 20 minutes. 5 min break before race.



Tuning: OPEN. (including wing, wide body etc etc if available)

MAX 626BHP
MIN Weight 1150KG (2535lbs) (stock)

PP: Any

BOP: OFF
Preset Weather, S01 Dry Cloudless and Pleasant, Afternoon

Excellent line up of races for tonight's Geezer Racing Claude .:D I can't wait for the Le Mans race ,Old School American Muscle 776 HP flying down the Mulsanne Straight at 200 MPH .Now.... that is fun :lol:

Any Gr.2 - (BoP No Tuning) - RM
Any Gr.3 - (BoP No Tuning) - RM/RH

PP Races - Road Cars Only - Any PP

Race and Track conditions:
Weather: Sunny and Clear Day (we will try a few different formats but no rain for now)
Laps: 5 to 9 depending on track length
Grid: Stand start
Tire: consumption during race will be set @ 3x for all races.
Fuel: consumption during race will be set at 100 liters and 7x for all races.
Qualify: fastest first for every race
Penalty System: on
Boost: OFF
Slipstream: ON Strong

Hi guys, I hope to be racing again in a few weeks. Back in December I got a pinched nerve in my back. Left hand and arm stay numb but getting better.
You guys enjoy.

I did a 12'22 Arcade Custom race using a car I never used before.
Am I in the hunt or do I need a different hound?

Good morning Master. I think you and your Chihuahua will do just fine .Don't forget fuel and tire wear are implemented in this race .I thought about comfort soft tires for this race,but it is a 700PP race .And.... Geezer rules require racing hards .See you tonight with your mystery car :lol:
 
The Zagato that I used might not have been the fastest on the grid, but it was lightweight and that allowed it, with some fuel mapping, to not pit. It almost (within 2 tenths) got 4th place. The car might do better on a slower track. There's only one way to find out, eh?
