I live in Finland so I hope its not because of that.

It's already 19.20 in here and I've restarted my ps3 thrice and checked the PSstore but all it gives me is just the previous DLC's.

Ouch that sucks, is your country able to participate in GTA ? Maybe you need to create a UK or german or swiss account to be able to dl it ?

It's not a GT5 update, so even if you crash, you can just resume it since it's like a demo No need to start all over again
