type in "gt academy 2012" in the search and it will show, im downloading it as well

I typed in "Academy" and it was the very first result. So yes, it is definitely on the store as of now.

3021MB is the size of the download.

Cool, downloading now. It's going to be a while though lol

*edit*

I read over at the EU GT Academy thread that there are leaderboards, this is great as it will keep me occupied trying to improve my skills against the top guys!!

I wonder if they are "region" based like last year? or just the whole country competing?

We'll find out soon. :)

Man, tell me about it! 2% into it right now, still at 165 minutes left... jeez! Hopefully the cable internet at my new house will be faster than the DSL I have in the current house...

Patch 1.01 after you download it...Seriously? 35MB.

Ask me any questions you like about GTAcademy since I've got it up and running and all.

I'll be home around 19:30. Gonna be GT5 for the rest of the night.

I wonder how many more Academy threads will be created in the Gt5 section. I think I've seen over 10 locked already.

Mine took about an hour, but I couldn't find any leader boards with names, saw 95 people in the us golded but that was it. I won't have a chance to have a go until tomorrow. Looks nice!

I didn't see anything about regions either, saw canada had 15 people golded and mexico was on there too. But other information I just didn't see.

Maybe the leaderboards won't be live until later tonight?

How can you transfer these cars?

Dude, seriously just stop asking. :ouch:

Why should he? He is the first in this thread doing so and it's a good question being unanswered by the game's staff. I checked the game's manual first, than the official site like I was told in the pop-up message but it seems like they are too slow updating it. Starting the actual game (GT5) didn't bring me an answer (or the cars) either.
So I came here and now I want to know how to transfer the cars... If it would be an obvious answer I would understand why you say we should shut up but it doesn't seem like that.

When entering an event (time trial) you will be able to open the leaderboards of that particular event and see the times of all regions.

Wow having a DUI or DWI disqualifies you. I don't have anything like that but it is interesting they would include that in the rules.

mjubinville
Me too.... :banghead: I think I'm going to leave early. It's raining in Calgary and people don't know how to drive in this city.

The game is kinda boring and takes 10 mins to play ( max 2 heures downloading+update )
