I find it interesting that certain countries tend to focus mostly on how well their country is doing in events, whilst others focus mainly on the individual. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, just an interesting observation is all.

I don't know. I wasn't privy at any point yesterday to any results besides the kart endurance results (given away somewhat by the podium ceremony and the screens everywhere).

I do know that 10 drivers will be cut after today's events.

Edit: I've edited the blog post now to what I think is completion. Aside from getting a name hopelessly wrong (which no-one noticed before I got to it ), I think it's done.

Oh, a little scoop I didn't put in the News article - apparently the US/Canada aren't represented at the GTABC for two reasons. First, it's PAL-only (simple, really). Second, there's talk of "something not too dissimilar" for that region alone in the near future and a possible worldwide one in the future.

I imagine the cars are FIA European Cup spec, so all left-hookers. Not a problem - I've driven left-hookers before, and if it did slow me down, I was still first anyway
