I had a bug a few times that after leaving pit, an opponent would be given a different position, usually last place, when he actually was ahead of me, at the end of the race, the game would correct it, maybe it was this same bug and he was paying a penalty.

This was not a penalty issue, he was 2nd, I was 3rd, I was watching the gap because I was only 6 seconds behind and closing. Then he spun with 2 laps to go and I passed him with 2 to go, I had an increasing gap but he somehow was listed as finishing ahead of me even though he did not pass me. I saved the replay, saw him slow down at the start/finish line until the Final Lap indicator appeared, then he accelerated, when he crossed start finish line to start his final lap the leader board changed our positions, moved me to 3 rd and him to 2nd even though I was a 1/2 lap ahead at this time. What gives??????

What bugs me is, did not the other drivers pass him as well?
You know, during my races, often before and after the finish line the number from the gap disappears, or the gap goes to a total different number.
Maybe it was a cheat, maybe he got lucky for being lazy to go another lap, if it was a known bug, lots of cheaters would go for it.
 
Just "discovered" a new (1.15?) bug (Hopefully it gets fixed in 1.16)

When using a USB keyboard to chat in a online room GTS now also "captures" the arrow and enter keys as an indication that you want to type something, and brings up the text input box, instead of leaving them free for navigation around the screen.

1.16 still the same :( arrow keys dont work for navigate while in lobby.
 
The ff strenght bug is not fixed!
It will reset strenght to default every time you enter the track or if race start.
Makes the game useless again. 24gb just full of rotten easter eggs^^

So, the Playstation Support send me this link to report the bug, problem what i've got.

What happened ?
In the Gran Turismo day race on 31.04.2018 at 1:00 o'clock at night I was deducted over 23,000 points in driver rating in ONE RACE!
I started from grid position 8 and ended up in 5th place. There were a few billiards just at the beginning and also a slip-up from me. For that I also got deduction in the sports rating WHAT'S OK!
But deducting 23000 points in the drivers' standings, although I've made up some places, can not be.

My last knowledge is that I was in driver rating A with over 8000 points. When the race was over I was downgraded to B with exactly 15,000 points.
One month of driving was ruined.
In the race, the break option was always on, although I had NOT pressed anything. There was NO warning. That I should slow down or leave behind me.
There was only one time penalty which I braked down. Because I slipped the steering wheel.

As you can see, I have driven around the earth once in this game. This must be a mistake!

I ask the points again to write well on my account.

No other cars besides the leader passed the car that "finished" 2nd (I will call him "clever") on the last lap. The events transpired on lap 15 of a 16 lap race. Leader was over half lap ahead of us. There was "Clever" in 2nd and me in pursuit running 3rd, about 5 seconds behind at this time. "Clever" spins 1/2 way thru lap 15 at which time I pass. I notice I am pulling away, gap is increasing. Leader board clearly states that I am 2nd. Leader and myself start the last lap, leader board still displays me in 2nd. Going thru the final corner of the lap 16 I notice that the leader board now displays me in 3rd, I cross the S/F line that way. I saved the replay. When I watched it, I saw "Clever" slow way down before S/F line at which time the race leader passes him. "Clever" then accelerates and finishes his race with no other cars passing him. I had no cars pass me in my last lap while running 2nd, in fact there were not even cars within 20 seconds of me, yet somehow "Clever" manages to magically overtake me invisibly to reclaim 2nd.
 
Not sure if this is affecting anybody else, but since the patch last night I can no longer save decals made on April 2nd or after to my profile to access them in the livery editor. They show up in my collection one second, but nothing shows on the livery editor. Upon checking my profile on the GT site, the decals are shown to have not saved in my profile.

EDIT: It appears to be one specific decal for some odd reason, which is all the more strange.
 
One bug they haven't fixed since the beta is when you set the left/right d-pads as look left and right, it doesn't work :( For those of us that use Roof cam and don't get a rear view mirror either it's pretty sketch imo.

1.16 update installed and still no music.

From normal music mode to transmission mode, to back to normal mode - the music won't switch on.
One solution is to visit the Lobby so that the system checks the servers - and the music returns. A little glitch anyway.

Hello, and welcome to :gtplanet: :D

Bad news - that is something that PD deliberately put into the scoring. When SR falls too far, the game will reduce your DR. More info here, but note only the last part of the post applies now and we're still working out exactly what they have changed in 1.15 / 1.16.

The flip side is that now you will be matched with lower ranked drivers and probably get some easy wins, which should build your points back up fairly quickly.

So does Playstation Support send people here now? LOL!
 
Does anyone know how the MFD session best/car record work? What I can understand is that car record best lap should be the best lap all time for the specific car and set up, is that correct? Because now it show a inaccurate time even if I beat that time, log out and log in again it shows the old. Is it a bug?
 
1) G29 just stopped to working (car was just going, while brake remained pressed)!

Full restart of the wheel and game helped.


2) Still no sound in loading screens!

Let me guess. Your PS4 is set to English, and since a few days ago the game is now set to English instead of Turkish?
Try setting your PS4's Language to Turkish.
 
Custom liveries not appearing in race loading screen on some vehicles. Also noticing major stuttering in some races. Did a GT3 race, 20 car grid on Nurburgring and it was a mess of stuttering.

Additionally, this has been an issue from launch, but the game displays your cars ghost as the original colour or livery you acquired it in. It'd make more sense to not load this asset into a time trial session and instead use your vehicles custom livery.

Is there still a problem with the music playing in Transmission Mode? Not getting any music on the menu's
or race replays and I have checked the volume settings and they are all set to hear the music.

No, the problem is at the main menu some words must be written in Turkish but unfortunately still they are in English.

Example: “Brand Central” must be “Marka Merkezi”

It is interesting that the PD never touch this since gt sport launched. Thanks for reply
 
Hello everyone. I still have the traction control problem that changes itself with T300 RS even after the last update. It's always after a certain time of play that it starts and then it gets worse. Do you have the same problem?

This has happened a few times now since update. Random car being viewed rather than the correct one. I remembered to take a shot on this one.

I’m having the same problem. People are saying this issue is with the PS4 Pro, and I have the Pro?
 
I am getting tired of bugs and glitches with every damn patch. The cars no longer have backfire effects, only the sound is present. This ruins the immersion especially when racing at night.
