I've no idea what's possible and what isn't with that car/track combination. That video (which doesn't even start until 5'43 of the 11'49 video) simply shows someone going fast (with countersteer assist on). Without a comparative video of someone else, there's no way to say if it's too fast or not.
If you're citing a bug and have a video, you need the video to show the bug.
There's no track cutting there. Track limits are where PD sets them for each track. As everyone can take the lines he took without a penalty for exceeding track limits, there was no corner cutting.and don't even receive penalties for clearly track cutting.
Turn 4 in particular sparked a huge thread here where some insisted that track limits are always the white lines. They aren't, even in real life.
