I have had a strange bug relating to the decals you get from completing circuit experience.
I have got gold on every single one except nurburgring full lap which i have silver on.
I golded the lastest track added to circuit experience and then the game gave me the 75% complete screen again, even though i have golded all driving school and mission challenges.
I look at the decals in my library and now all the silvers i earned have vannished! I'm left with all of them bronzed but no silvers.
A very strange bug, maybe if i manage to get a gold on the last event i need to do it will sort itself out, hopefully.
 
Was racing in #1 daily race at monza. And at the first turn( the tough chicane) people were just driving straight thru and taking the penalty then resetting before everyone else could get thru the turn. Then later in the lap he did it again on the third chicane before the long ending straight. Drove right thru. By this time he was so far ahead he could just burn off penalty seconds when he had a chance. This needs fixed. Thanks in advance.

Yes that's a big exploit at the moment on Turn 1, I've already sent a report on that captured in one of my video's so hopefully it will be
fixed at some stage.

Just to add if you are very clever about it and don't start straight away it will actually ignore the penalty so it's a very big exploit at the moment
as I did it once by braking too late and got no penalty.
 
Every time I complete an online race (Lobby, not Sport Mode) it takes me back to the servers menu instead of keeping me in the room. Can anyone help me with this?

It's been happening quite a lot recently. Is it something to do with poor internet connection or does that happen in rooms with Fixed Ownership?

A while ago i had the same strange problem. It turned out that it was my fault.
In that result menue after race you can speed up the xp&cash celebration animation thing by press buttons.
If you press to often you will quit the room, instead of quit the menu. :D

Please report all bugs & issues you find in the Demo & the full game here. Also, try to be as thorough as possible when reporting, & include as much information as you can. If we collate everything into one thread, then we can make PD's job easier to identify & fix any issues that have slipped through the net

Why did you let the programmer play favoritism with the X BOW 12' by letting it avoid coarse penalties because of it wider wheel base as well as not letting (more or less) weight effect the cars breaking, acceleration, or cornering.

In a game this is fine but in a "simulation experience" that is just ****ing unacceptable.

basically give players an online easy mode even though they can't properly control it.
seriously they can catch up to MOST other cars in the same class with little, LITTLE effort or skill. Even when the X BOW wipes out AND RESPAWNS it can still catch up with NO ISSUES.

At the very least fix the coarse penalties for the X BOW so when other cars manage to follow it perfectly down to the millimeter the other car doesn't get a penalty for doing what the X BOW CAN AVOID!.


when the leaderboards consist of mostly one car MAYBE LOOK INTO IT!
 
Racing in the first round of the Second Season and 10 laps in I get disconnected from the server and now cannot rejoin and stuck with 0 points! Cannot remember the error code either... terrible..

That's not a bug. Every FIA race ever has been one-shot. A disconnect is a DNF, for 0pt, and that's your one shot. There's seven other rounds and only your best four count.

@VBR isn't Sony or Polyphony Digital. We're not Sony or Polyphony Digital. And this isn't a bug.

My game crashed trying to view the Daily Race tab when I first logged on. I thought nothing of this until just now, as it appears every car in my garage, excluding the cars you get for pre ordering the game, have been removed from my garage. :( All my levels and profile data is still there, just no cars. Any ideas on a fix or am I screwed?

That depends. If you've saved to a USB, you may be ok. If you have the online save to PS+ most likely they're gone for good. Do a search on the forum for "lost all my cars". More than a few people have had this problem. It was recently mentioned that even saving to a USB might not be foolproof. You have my condolences. :(

Not possible to turn player ID's off when racing online, it can only be done in replays if you have a keyboard attached by pressing F1.

Ooh! That more a less kills online racing for me. Hope they fix this! Seems a bit lame not having the option to switch off. Thanks for reply ☺cheers
 
Not sure if this is a bug or not and if it is, if it's previously been reported or even needs to be but just been viewing my garage.

When clicking the sort by tab and viewing by number of wins, it has my Megane Trophy in second place with seven wins.

Now when I click on distance driven, which I think is far more accurate, it has done 87.1 miles.

I've either been sleep walking/driving and entering some very short races...and being very successful...or the number of wins is miles out which I think is the most likely.

The S-FR Racing Concept is also in joint 3rd with 4 wins and has done 25 miles.

Am I reading into this wrong or is this another glitch in this far from perfect but wonderful game?
 
So this happen to me today during the fla race in brazil, after pitting I lost power, it was like my car suddenly lost half of the horsepower, it was still moving but yeah felt like it was a gt3 car and fuel saving was on 1 and it felt like it was worst than when it's on 6. Never happened before. Car was the Lexus au Tom's RC F track : Interlagos. Sadly I didnt saved the replay as I was too pissed since I was leading comfortably.

I've done a search and couldn't find my bug reported... 'looking left and right button config'

I'm a pad user and use a traditional layout that I've used forever (R3 accelerate & brake, L1&R1 change gears, L2&R2 look left/right).

I've been lazy up to the last update and used auto gears So not sure if this problem existed before the last update.

I've now moved to manual gears as it gives me more control and my preferred layout (As has been in the past) is:
L1 - change down, R1 - change up
L2 - look left, R2 - look right

Although there is the option to have this layout, once you choose it and go out of the settings menu it reverts both view buttons to 'n/a' - yet one option will store (only one) although it says 'n/a'... so when in a room with friends I ask them to pass me on the right as it won't let meet look left :)... hardly practical and very hard to check where opponents are when racing dailys - I'm completely reliant on the radar.

Im really struggling, and since I'm so old don't like change... swapping the to L2&L3 for gears doesn't work for me, is not ergonomically friendly for me... it's really grinding my gears...

Any advice....?
 
my gt3 rs won't shift up during any race after 4th or 5th gear. with any tire and changing from race or stock trans doesn't help either. the TCS light comes on and it won't shift unless I turn off traction control.

Renault's R.S.01 GT3? I have absolutely no trouble shifting up or down...

And now I feel embarrassed for not noticing... still not an issue shifting up though(note I've tested only on straights).
It's not an expensive car, so what if you buy a second one and try racing with it?
 
You can't change the height and depth in the cockpit of the Alfa Romeo Gr.3 Road Car. You're stuck with the steering wheel right in your face like it was in the LaFerrari before they fixed it!

The rear view of the Nissan 2020 VGT is still bugged as it doesn't refresh in real time and you see stuff standing still. It's annoying and there since release.
