RPM gauge between 0 and 1 glitches out. Drive over kurbstones or shift quickly in a GT3 car. You'll see it.

Decals applied to the hood of the 787B are completely invisible and refuse to render. They are invisible and flash while you're editing them, but they completely disappear once you finish editing, with the decals showing up on the list of decals applied to the car

EDIT: Nevermind. It’s not a bug. Just forgot that the bonnet had a separate livery section

When using cockpit view at St Croix, with a large field of cars, track/scenery shadows pop-in literally 20 ft in front of car! As I exclusively use cockpit view watching shadows pop-in at that close a distance is massively distracting.

I'll post a video in a bit.
 
With this update of car's physics simulation model, the rankings of "Driving School", "Mission Challenge", and "Circuit Experience" has been reset. (This will not affect a player's level progression).

This update dose not work if you have a personal record that is better than the New time is set. Even if the New time is top10 time. Still dose not show in list. Because my personal best time is better and somehow preventing it.
 
If you select a track/time of day to race in custom mode then complete the race then select the option on top left of screen to change track then you cannot change the time of day to race for the track you have just raced. You have to change to another track first, let it load, then go back to change to the original track and the time of day you want. I had this problem at St Croix but suspect it is true for all tracks.

Under braking, the W08 has the throttle fully open. I don't know if this is linked to some engine mapping to keep the turbo regenerating energy and or maintaining rev speed to avoid turbo lag or if it just a bug...
 
Hey guys, since 2 weeks I have the problem that I can't add anything. I cant add liveries, stickers, helmets or racing suites. I can't even follow someone else.

And it doesn't matter whether I add them on my computer or directly in gtsports.

On my computer sometimes I even can see them added to my library but after after refreshing the site they disappear again.

Does anyone have a solution for that?

Yup. My former record on interlagos is 1.33.. which is faster then #1 on the leaderboards. No way i can ever beat that time. So what now? Honestly the betatesting team at PD are really bad at their job..
 
Is anyone facing issues with downloading other users Helmets & Suite? I’m adding them to the Library but it’s not bringing them up when I try to wear them the helmets just not appearing. However they appear in my library as downloaded when viewing in the separate tab.... I can’t work it out and it’s frustrating me.
 
All off my cars have been affected by the update losing 1 too 2 seconds with understeer which I didn't have before especially the sauber Mercedes my acceleration was 9.4 with my tune but now after the update with same tune its 8.9 & in bop it was 8.3 but now 7.9.

The tire physics of the game have changed in the latest patch, so yes, you will be slower until you get used to the new physics.
 
On Ferrari 250GTO side indicators don't work, neither does lamp inside to indicate this...

You can enter the 4WD Challenge Round 5 WITH EVERY 4WD CARS which can run in the dirt tracks.
The car's power is restricted to a maximum of 400PS, but the cars which are up to 450PS can enter the event WITH NO PROBLEM.
And more than 450PS cars will be able to enter with the methods below...
 
Has anyone noticed in the new Ford test car whilst using the cockpit cam the lighting is so bright the roads become white and impairs vision, I've not tried any other track but croix, before you ask no its not the T.V lol the nismo is fine.

Same for me, happens since I bought GTS in march. I have 8 suits and 8 helmets in the library (all downloaded), but when I try to wear them I see 8 suits and only 3 helmets. So bad
 
Interesting thread title.

I've done a couple of hundred kilometres, all with incar view, in the new Ford GT Test Car at Circuit de Sainte-Croix and have not noticed that. Are you having the issue with all time options or a particular one? Also, is it limited to a particular configuration of the circuit?

Yes, I've noticed it too (this is a thread where you spot the people that don't use cockpit view :lol:). I not only have the same problem as you but sometimes shadows only render as far as 20-30ft in front of the car, everything ahead of that distance is completely shadowless. It doesn't just affect the track surface either, its everything.

It may still end up on the bottom of the pile as almost every car has a problem with sun glare and/or mirrored interior details on the windscreen. You can still see ok but it's distracting.

There is definitely something wrong. Look at the dials at 0:59, the shouldn't glow like that. It looks like someone has cranked the bloom settings up to 11.
 
Probably why I don't notice it then. My in car view is closest to the windscreen and highest seating position so my angle looking at them (if I can see them at all) is different.

If it happens on your screen but not the recording of it, it may be the HDR settings. Have you tried going into the settings and changing the screen setup?

I think you misunderstood. The problem of the bloom/glare being too bright is there in the video (just not the intermittent shadow problem).
Its not the HDR settings; I haven't got a HDR TV so the HDR settings are unavailable to me.
 
I feel like a junky, have installed gt-s again because life is so boring :)
But now i noticed several times(arround 6 times in 4hours) gears dont shift properly(TH8a h-shifter). I shift from 3th to 4th but it stay in 3th. Or shifting from 2th to 3th, it stay in 2th. I had to repeat the shifting for success. :( Its not that annoying thing where the gear dont want go in(stays in neutral) caused from shifting to fast or dont pressed the clutch enough. Its something new, only happen with stock transmission on the Toyota 86 grmn.
 
Don´t know if someone mentioned this already. I can´t see more than 100 comments on shared pictures, liveries and replays in game.
It´s really annoying as i have a replay with more than 100 comments uploaded and get notifications for new comments but i can´t see them :ouch:
 
Been getting a bug where the race display info can't be turned on no matter what I do. Happens when watching replays. Was there before the 1.23 update, & still is after.
 
Thought I was the only one noticing the weird braking downshift (engine braking) with the Mercedes W08 F1 car


But apparently this guy Charlie Rosco made a video about it...
