Did anyone hear Luiz would not be with us today? Perhaps he said something last weekend but I missed it if he did. I'll log in at the usual time to see what's happening. If nothing going on I'll bail after the daily give away and go sleep.

Fellas, I'm going to take some of the pressure off Cory and open the Wednesday nite lobby. Format will follow Peter's with there being a qualify the first race. I am adding Group 3 just because I want to

Wednesday night racing 7:30 PM EST

First race will be a 1 make at Brands Hatch in the N400 BMW M4 Coupé - tuned (or not if you so choose)

N100 - N400 tuned or untuned
Group X
Group 4 BOP or One make
*Group 3 BOP
Group 2 BOP or One make

4th place chooses car & track
 
Might not see you guys at all this weekend. Meaning Sunday might need a host. I’ll have missed a day and a half of work and offered to work over the weekend.
 
Saturday Geezer Races
8:30 AM ET (Qualify for the first race start @ 8:50) - (PS1)

Cars:

Gr.2 - One Make 2008 cars only - (100x100) - Tires: RM - No Tune
Gr.3 - One Make or BoP - (100x100) - Tires: RM - No Tune
Gr.4 - One Make or BoP - (100x100) - Tires: RH - No Tune
N500 - One Make - Gr3 Road Car Only (100x100) - Tires: SS/SM - Tune or Not

Race and Track conditions:
Weather: Sunny and Clear Day
Laps: 5 to 9 depending on track length
Grid: Stand start
Tire: consumption during race will be set @ 4x for all cars
Fuel: consumption during race will be set at 60 liters and 5x for all cars
Qualify: 5 minutes, no fuel or tire consumption, grid set by best lap for the 1st race. Then, grid based on last race results.
Penalty System: off
Boost: ON Strong
Slipstream: ON Real

First Race/Qualify

Gr3 Lambo @ Monza (no tune)

4th place chose next combo (car n track)

Final race @ Blue Moon (people in lobby decides what to do)

PS1 - By 8:50 we will start a qualification time to set the grid for the first race, then the grid order as above. If you are not on the lobby by 8:50 you will only race on the second race. Even though we don't leave geezers behind, during qualify DO NOT exit your car or you will be out of the first race (game policies) .
PS2 - Lobby is friends only, if you are a Geezer (+60 yrs) and would like to participate, send a FR to PSN: GT-RaceAce

Check out this “moment” for Robin Frijns from the Nurburgring 24 Hr race. A major butt pucker moment! :eek:

WOW! A lot of skill rite there BUT, Lady Luck stepped in and made the hole, Frijns had the skill to pilot thru it. Many pilots would have stabbed the brakes and plowed head long into the back of the black (Lambo?) car.

I found it advertised on Amazon but upon reading the customer comments,, don't think I'll be ordering from them.

Also find it is offered in a chain grocery store called Fred Mayer's. We have one in our town so will check with them for individual bottle and will try it. For those who liked it, they did just that, they REALLY liked it 👍👍. My Wife fears it may be too 'spicey' for her :ouch:. We'll drop a couple bucks (USD/Quid) and find out soon. Thanks Steve - OHH, and by tha by - the garden looks exquisite, you and Deb dun good :cheers:
