I promised a release on Halloween, and here we are: the Most Wanted M6 (using the M6 Power Livery), along with Cross' Corvette are shareable, under the tag nfsmostwanted/mostwanted.

Cross' Corvette is a Gr.3, and while I like the car's performance, the livery I didn't take too much liberty of time, since I only used up an hour yesterday. The logo is really lazy, and the siren lights are pretty jury rigged, but everywhere else is alright.

Well today, seeing as the Mileage Exchange updated, and my daily prize was a duplicate car of something i already had won as a prize previously, I thought i would set out to make a livery in about 20-30 minutes. It is nothing special and certainly not the most elaborate of designs, but im still happy with how this Vulcan came out in the end!

That’s great. I was literally just thinking it would be fun to do a DriveClub livery in GT.

Maybe even a "tips and tricks" collection.

For the above 2 questions:

1) I was trying to put racing stripes under the wing of a Porsche GT3 RS 991,
- could not see what I was doing, the wing was in the way
- in the end must have used the wrong part of the car. I believe I tried body / roof, but nothing appeared.

2) I was using a decal which did a soft transition from the base colour to the decal colour.
However I, wanted to do this over the sides and the back. Is there a trick to match the decal transition stage between different surfaces?
Seems like it does work using the soft transition on the other surface, but it really is a lot of trial and error.

My door panel art gets covered up by the racing number when using the livery in Sport Mode. I was in my Viper Gr. 4 last night, spent hours making a nice logo on both doors, just to have a big fat white Gran Turismo racing number slapped right on top of it! I hadn't seen this mentioned before. Does this mean we should at least placehold the numbers when we are designing and avoid the number area for logos? Or is there a way around this? As far as I know it's not possible to move the racing number in the livery editor after adding it.

Why can't you remove the number after placing it?

Thanks for the response, I know that I can use the number as a placeholder. What I would like to be confirmed is that the number CANNOT be moved. Or if there is another way other than avoid putting logos in the number area.

Nope, unfortunately we can't move the racing number. Only option we currently have is to design around that space which I do hope changes in the future. And in sport mode you'll always get the default style of racing number so it doesn't matter which one of styles you use in the livery editor either.

I absolutely blame halloween for making me come up with this idea for a devilish looking vehicle, so apologies for all the overzealous use of Red, i at least tried to use the Lempel logo in unique ways as subtle extra detail to some areas, quite fun to work with :P

Some WWII fighter liveries I've been playing with.

Wanting to keep the cars to the proper Countries eg. BMW - Germany, Toyota - Japan (the WRX was my first try so need to change it). So working on a Aston Martin - England and a Ford / Chev - American. Even want to try and keep the sponsor brands correct eg. BBS for Germany etc.
