My latest livery really turned out to be a matter very close to my heart. As you can probably judge from my profile picture, BMW is my favourite manufacturer. Unfortunately they have been absent from top level motor racing for a couple of years now and as a consequence, there is no car available which could fit into GT Sport's Group 1. So I decided to change that by creating my own BMW LMP1 machine - the BMW M Power - LMP-E30H!
I used the Toyota TS030 as base and tried to think of a design to make it look as much like a BMW as possible. The BMW M8 GTE served as inspiration for the livery and the sponsors because I think this is the direction they would have headed with a real prototype as well. By adding the typical kidneys to the nose cone of the TS030 I've tried to pay homage to the brands's heritage and went for a look comparable to the famous BMW V12 LMR.
I am really proud of what I have created and I think it gives the Group 1 grid more diversity without looking out of place.

That's actually make sense. BMW and Toyota said they were partnering up together for the development of new Z4 and next-gen Supra which told both being build in same platform. We've seen the Z4 Concept, but not yet with the new Supra.

Quite logical if they eventually partnering up in motorsports, but the chance are small in that case imo.

Oh btw, nice livery! Looks great in TS030!

to avoid rendundancy and also in a way that the company colours match to reflect the right brand image.

It's great to see someone acknowledge this, because not enough do and it creates some very inelegant results.

I made this livery out of the blue - it took a long time and it could use some improvement but I think it's alright.:P The tags are #xjr9 and #classic.

With the release of Sonny and Earl on the share menu (tags nfsmostwanted and mostwanted), it's time to show off what's coming to you next week.

We have Blacklist members #14 Vince Kilic "Taz", and #13 Victor Vazquez "Vic".

Number 14 was probably a similar routine to #15, being that it's harder than you think. The skull is what tipped me off on that. I was unable to replicate the side skulls on the hood, which kind of ticks me off. That, and the front trim is only paintable, not, emm.. "decalable(?)" which throws off that bit of consistency with the source material. But then, let's focus on the good. The thing is this car was a blast to work with. The RC F body was nice and not too ridged in many places. I will be coming back to this car, for sure.

Vic however ended up being one of the easiest ones, as I predicted. Took me just an hour this afternoon, and I love what was made of it. My only problem is that I had to sneak in a lazy fire decal straight from the patterns rather than make my own. Still deciding whether that should stay or go, which is what the weekend will help me with. Aside from that, I totally recommend getting this car as well for, aside all the Supra homages all over, being a very consistent, balanced ride.

After releasing 14 and 13 by Monday, I'll head back to making usual liveries my way. The cars will be the Viper GT3-R, fresh from Brand Central, and the NSX Gr. 3. They will be named "Release The Beast" and "Moonlight Special" accordingly, and that's all I'm afraid. No previews, just canvases.

Seems like I don't have to finish the one in my workshop ;). Nicely done. Did you share it ?

In addition to your liveries which are gorgeous, I also like the way you explain and tease your work in progress. If only it was one or two font size more ;)

If only it was one or two font size more

Force of habit. Kind of got it when I was sharing photos GTA Online. Sometimes I enjoy describing some things a little overboard, and I try not to make the words obstructive.

Finally finished my replica of the Impressive Wrap Hong Kong 458. Some colour variations done and racing livery completed. Hope you like cheers.

This may sound dumb but how do i get the picture from the ps4 to the computer so i can upload it here?

also, whenever i search for other peoples decals it doesnt find anything? is it working for other people?

There is News within GT Sport popped out today, which say that decal uploader is live for limited amount of people, to ensure stability of servers, if all goes well, we will be all able to upload our own decals, yay. ^^

And, there is article on gran-turismo.com, which says thing about optimising SVG files and comparison with BMP.

What do you guys think, how long will the test take them to ensure the stability?

Made the BMW wich is a replica of the car of bimmerworld racing wich competed at the IMSA Rolex 24h in Daytona 2016. Sponsors will be updates asap.

The other three i just made to test the livery uploader. The R8 design is my own wich I use in iracing but it's not finished yet still a lot to do on the roof too.

That means these are uploaded decals?

I'm back! :D Since the decal uploader is yet ready on release and some people gain access into it, here are some selection of liveries I found at Twitter with #GTSLivery :

Lucky Strike/BAR Honda NSX Gr. 3 :

Nismo GT-R GT3 :

Dunlop WRX Gr.3 (noticed the Subaru and STI logo there) :

Bunch of classic JGTC liveries :

And finally, Japanese itasha's

Can't wait to see more! :D

Mind my asking, how'd you get the rims that colour? I made a similar livery and fiddled with it for a while but couldn't get them how I wanted.
Looks great though!
