The Nations Cup had ended with a... interesting finish, leaving the stewards with some penalties to hand out.

What was actually decided upon: Latkovski +5 seconds, but he keeps 2nd due to the gap to 3rd at the finish.

What Tom said they had done: Fraga +1 second, Coque +5 seconds when neither were actually penalised, and no mention of Latkovski. Jimmer seems to realise that something has gone wrong here, though he doesn't know what and hence can't fix it before the broadcast ends.
