Well, it's from the beta. And it seems like that's from the standard PS4 too, maybe. I don't know.
The beta had lower assets, I think. Let's not forget it had a lack of tyre smoke and tracks.

I guess that was either just because of the beta, or perhaps the adaptive tesselation was at work for an improved frame-rate.
