First-off, thanks for doing this. Very awesome and super appreciated given you don't have to do it at all.šŸ‘

Second, any opportunities for automation? If not that, getting it down to little more than a copy/paste exercise when new values are released? I ask because it looks like basic spreadsheet/db stuff when posted. Trying to solution now...pretty confident it's not really a matter of IF they will update them again.šŸ˜
I appreciate the thought, but once I have the PP numbers everything is pretty slick and automated, it's just literally going through the car collection to look up the numbers.

Even if someone else had a list of the numbers, I don't think I'd use it - taking someone else's collation work and presenting it as your own just doesn't sit right with me.

Another fun week. Some of the races, anyways. The hypercar one was pretty bleh, and the High Speed Ring got boring pretty quick. 20 laps! I love the track since the GT2 days but come on.

Sardegna - Road Track - C_.jpeg

Bought the Intergra Type R in the used dealership and raced it immediately with no modifications. All my other Type Rs are modded to hell and back, figured a stock one could be nice. And yes, it handles amazing. Makes the race somewhat challenging too.

Tokyo Expressway - East Clockwise_.jpeg

Got to use one of my many many Evos! I love the TM, a few little mods and it just cruises. No need to go crazy with it. Another easy win.

Kyoto Driving Park - Yamagiwa+Miyabi_.jpeg

Hypercar parade was meh. I forgot to stiffen the suspension for this while tuning it, as a result it handles like a really fast and unpredictable boat. Seriously, it felt like I was driving a beanbag. Not to mention Kyoto is a track that could really benefit from a stable car. Nonetheless, I got to create a decent lead with it.

Daytona Road Course_.jpeg

Got to go to Daytona with a car that raced there in real life. The opponents were actually somewhat competitive, surprisingly. I only won by a close ish margin. I only got to pull away at the chicane.

The first track I ever raced in in GT2, I love it. That said, its a pretty simple track and 20 laps of it is pretty dull. I decided to just get it over with the McLaren F1 GTR. Pretty cool to get to 325kph by the second corner. Pitted once with RS tires with fuel map around 3-4. Lapped everyone.

Was hoping for some more interesting races this week with interesting prizes, but can't have it all sometimes.

A pretty fun week.

1. Began the week with the "New" civic, it's pretty fun to drive, especially with sport soft tyres.
2. For the second race, I used the Nissan GT-R T-Spec. It handles the same as most GT-R cars in my opinion.
3. For hypercar parade, I used the AMG GT Black series (But in green), it's alright but understeers in most corners. That or the tyres can't cope.
4. This was the only real downer of an event, I first tried with the Viper GR4, but found it to be slow, so I used the SRT-10 Coupe (modified to look like the ACR), but even then I struggled to catch up, only getting to pole position on the final lap.
5. I expected this one to be the difficult one, and was contemplating not doing it at all. I set the detuned 787B to fuel map 6 (Before changing to 4) and found that I only needed to change intermediate tyres every 4 - 5 laps.

Did the WTC800 at HSR in the 799pp Gr.2 Lexus LC430 i've been grinding Sardegna A in this week. A lazy choice really, but familiarity wins out when you don't know how the event is likely to pan out.

Turned out to be an easy win compared to the WTC800 at Sardegna. Single pitstop for fuel at the end of lap10 keeping the same RH tyres throughout. Think i used fuel map 4 but still had a fair bit left after pitting at half way. Wonder if its possible to not pit at all? Should still be quick enough on map 6 and may need some lift and coast and reduced downforce, but it might be possible. Anyone tried it?

Went shopping yesterday, came back with four new cars and got them ready for this week's challenges.
Afraid my Viper doesn't cut it after what you guys reported here. :)

Leaving for Sardegna now with my slightly de-tuned Integra ...

I'm struggling with the Viper event, those car are rough yo take turn. Any good tune recommendations for this one?
Can't say I've found a good setup besides high rear and low front downforce.
In earlier games I found the LSD was useful for stopping wheelspin but it just doesn't work the same here.

I used the Gr3 Viper. I found you have to get the car slowed down a heck of a lot before you turn in. Shift down to an even lower gear than normal to get the car to rotate, then short-shift back up before you get back on the loud pedal.

Take a breath off the throttle going through the kink in the in-field to carry the speed through.

When you're getting on the power, be gentle until you're pointing straight. The back end will step out and you'll lose so much time.

Fairly easy set of races this week.

I took the Jeremy Clarkson approach for the Viper race and went with POWER!!! vs handling. So my Chiron engine swapped Viper came out swinging with every bolt on installed (no permanent mods). 1851hp and Racing Soft tires. It actually does pretty well on the infield. Itā€™s a monster on the banking. Gets a bit squirrelly above ~210mph and the braking zone in to turn 1 can be quite dicey. Other than that it was an easy race. Got the CRB.

The others were all simple. Loved the Hypercar race because I get to use my GT2RS. It has quickly become my favorite car in the game. Such a good car.

The Gr.3 race was easy. BRZ GT300 with a medium turbo and RM tires. Ran FM6 most of the way and won by 42 seconds.

Viper event is a really welcome and unexpected race, gonna love this! And for the first time a custom tune shows up in the Randomizer, interested in seeing how it will perform against the Hypercars.
Hello. So am I just supposed to mod my cars to those exact pp points? or does the place where you got the list tell you what parts to put on to make that pp?

Turns out you canā€™t. Not in the SC430 anyway. Managed a little over 18.5 laps before running dry. Not enough opportunities to lift and coast and running fuel map 6 doesnā€™t allow you to lift enough to make it worthwhile drafting, even running with a reduced wing. Perhaps something more frugal could manage?

A car I can absolutely recommend for HSR WTC800 is the Pagani Zonda R. Used it after failing with the Gallardo. RH tires, max DF, high range turbo in an otherwise stock setup on FM6 - a dream to drive. It's not that overkill car so there's even close racing every now and then. Couldn't avoid the second pitstop but was still fast enough for a 20 sec lead at the line.
