Yeah in the zip file I found the two number plates but not the banner sticker. One of the number plates was double

Ive been trying all morning to gt this under 15k but I can't seem to get it lower than 15.4. could i get some help?
The font is "Impact" if that helps in cleaning it up.

I can't. Its why I asked can someone to upload it to the game. I don't know how to do that all that stuff.
