I'd also really appreciate if someone would upload this through the logo uploader as a huge fan of The Loud House.

I couldn't get the full logo with all the characters to be under 15kb, but here's the house part at 14kb:

I would like it with the White backing the green. Not just the green outline

Guys I'm not good enough to do this, someone can help me to vectoring this image. I need only the figure, the white background has to be transparent. Also it could be divided in more than one svg file.

I've managed to upload a pretty decent number of decals so far learning on hoof, and from the sticky guide to this sub-forum. But I fear I've reached my skill limit with this one. Problem is I think the quality of the image is too low, and the bitmap trace gives too many layers. Basically I'm not good enough to attempt a re-draw by hand. Would anyone care for my eternal gratitude and have a go?

Seems like it can traced manually using rectangles. Here's my attempt at the skyline (~2kb):

It still needs the background and 'Vice City' text (there's already svg versions of the text on the web).
I didn't do the rest because I'm using Inkscape and it has problems with gradients - but you could probably composite the rest using the livery editor, or add the remaining details to the svg.

Did you try downsizing the picture before converting it to SVG format? I'm pretty sure that helps a lot.

Those are only available on certain cars. It's under the racing items tab, window banners and default.

I don't think shrinking the image will work. In order to convert an image to svg, it has to be re-traced, and the size of the svg will depend on the amount of detail in the image.
It'll be hard to get all those characters into a single svg that does not exceed the size limit. It might be possible, but it's above my skill level.

I don't have the tools to do gradients correctly, so I won't be able to convert the Kaiser logo. Maybe someone else will take swing at it.
