GT Sport SVG request thread (Please read 1st post)

I was wondering if someone would be willing to make me a 2018 Nurburgring 24h numberplate (it’s pretty much the same as 2017 though) with number 86 on it?

I tried to make it myself, but a) I can’t get the file size small enough and b) I can’t upload decals at all as the gran-turismo site refuses to load. The plate uses the itc Machine std font type for the numbers which can be downloaded free at various websites

This is just the word CHERRY above the 7.

Edit: Finished the "Mothers day get together" early. Experimented with some gradients and simplified curves to get more of a feel of the look. The radial gradient shows all black in the decal list but works on the car ???? No idea what's going on there. Anyway @baldgye try these two.

The Font was almost standard apart from a few letters. Tried to match the odd ones out. Could not find a higher res pic to scan. So not a great reproduction but hopefully will do.

Have you got a picture of the 2018 plate ? Googling it I get various ones and nothing that says here is the 2018 plate.

Zooming in on the reference pics do not help much in picking a font.

I Can't determine how the van der is supposed to look . The Jimanez I typed is Arial bold.
If you have wordpad or paint on your computer maybe you could try the fonts and pick one.
Actually if you use wordpad then save as a rich text document, then upload the zip of the file. I can actually copy and paste that straight into Inkscape.

I had to split this into 2 parts and you need to duplicate 2nd decal and rotate or flip to complete the picture get them

Still not a great replica but considering a color svg on wikipedia was over 400kb and color parts removed was still 200 kb I had to Invent some shortcuts.
