It's a scape of Gaydon Headquarters of Aston Martin. So that's a real DB11 in the background. That Vulcan is looking great though.

Regarding the Toyota TSO50: "The settings for this car during its implementation in the game was actually performed by Kamui Kobayashi, the very driver who set the new course record at the real life Le Mans with this car."

Hopefully it's not just the TSO50 and all of the cars drive like they should straight out of the dealership. And hopefully Kobayashi doesn't have really weird car setup preferences

Still, it is a rumour but we already seen the camouflaged prototype doing road and Nurburgring test. Also, seeing relationship between PD and Toyota means hopefully we might get first look at GTS.

Or if what you mean is MkIV Supra, then we have to wait...

At least we have LM55 which sounds similiar to 787B which I believe used as sound sample. So, there is a chance... but I'm not expecting much as that for now really...
