Turns out it was special livery for 2016 Goodwood FOS event.

So that open wheeler we've seen months ago turns out to be a Honda. It looks great from what I can tell.

Edit: After seeing @AKps3's full image of it I'm not sure anymore. But I won't judge till I see more of it.
