It would be good if the game forced a GTA 1 satellite view to the players who leave the track and makes a house shaking 'err err' noise if they try to come back on track without waiting for traffic to pass.

I had him in my Nations Cup yesterday at Kyoto, he qualified 2nd but straight from lap 1 he was making mistakes, I got past at the start of lap 2 after he ran wide and then the next corner he crashed out. After rejoining he pushed two people off track and then ended up crashing 2 more times towards the end of the race before quitting. I think it's safe to say that he's quick but horribly inconsistent and can't race at all.

Same. He started in front of me today at Suzuka (4th) and on lap 2 he crashed alone. Finished 10th I think. I just kept 4th place until the end.
I had a half decent race. Way off Qualifying pace but at least I kept the car on the black stuff.

Just noticed that he was in my Nations Cup race today, he succeeded in taking 4 people out on lap one at small Kyoto and smashed Azorean wide a few laps later.
Btw, saw you made up quite a few places in the Kyoto Nations Cup race as well. 👍

Way off my practice lap times of 52:0XX. I guess I was in the top 7 or something like that. You did pretty well. 👍BTW, do you know by any chance what setup LIGHTNING uses? Pedals more specifically. His times are usually crazy. ^^

Yeh, I noticed I changed the video from private to unlisted and posted the link before saving changes.
I was quite happy with 2nd, wasn't a particularly exciting race after PUMPUNKU put a 2 second gap between me and @nissman on lap 2 which stayed that size for the rest of the race. But when it comes to Gr.3s I'll take a boring race, they're not my favourite cars to drive. Don't know what LIGHTNING uses, I'll ask and let you know, my guess is a rocket as he doesn't go slowly in anything.
As for PUMPUNKU I agree, it's bad enough if he just can't keep the car on the track and keeps crashing, but seems even when he can control the car he just deliberately shoves people off anyway.
OK let's start a petition for banning him from sport mode
Surprised he hasn't already lost it, but I don't think PD would listen anyway.

First of all i did not want to drive the suzuka race today because i was completly demotivated for it, but at the end i did it..and it was good 2100 points yay

Dear lord.... This is where a report feature would be beneficial as that's just ridiculous. What time was that race Spurgy, as that seems a strong lobby!

The race was at 6pm (race 2 for any non-UK members who are interested to know), was actually a relatively weak lobby with originally 6 S-ranks, 2 DC’d, and gave me the fewest points this season. Had 11 S-ranks in the Gr.3 race at Kyoto (also 6pm) and 10 S-ranks the other in the Gr.4 race at Nurb (7pm). Hasn’t helped make the races more interesting though, keep getting stuck in no mans land with no one to race.

O wow fair does, ye I'm just after points and I need a lot now to make that top 24 business as I only found out about it last night haha! 500 points today after being wiped out so probably won't make it now!

@Tidgney FYI it’s not top 24 in the championship, I did the last one and there were people in it who had 0 points. I think it’s based on top 24 on the practice times, but not 100% sure, all they say is it’s the top 24 who meet certain criteria or something vague like that. Here was the superstars race I did if you want to watch, as well as a couple of other races I’ve had recently in the Nations Cup if you’re bored.

O nice and the racing looks actually fantastic and clean (Watched first few laps)! Wish I'd have known before hand I wouldn't have touched Miyabi haha! Thanks for the info Spurgy, maybe we'll meet and race again at some point

I felt like making a video about the AI in GT League, to show how it behaves. This AI is really ruining the races for me. First you pass them all in the first lap because they're very slow. Then when you're in front one of them suddenly gains some magical power boosts to stay close to you while driving off the track pretty much every corner. The AI in Arcade's custom race is so much better, why didn't they just implement that same AI in GT League? Makes no sense to me. Was really looking forward to the races in GT League but they're unfortunately nothing like the races in GT Mode in previous games.

Could not agree more. Just when GT Sport was released, several times I got myself thinking while playing Custom races in Arcade mode: "Imagine a GT Mode with THIS AI?" But then we got old GT mode via GT League in v1.09, including the bad AI of it. It's really hard to believe this decision...
Please PD, put Custom race AI in GT League!

Here's my race from the FIA Nations Cup yesterday in the Suzuki Swifts at Kyoto - Myabi. From what I've been hearing I was one of the few lucky ones to have a clean race, made it a lot of fun and we were bumper to bumper pretty much the entire race so enjoy! Also added in my qualifying lap at the start.
