I need some help trying to figure things out. I can't seem to understand how I am so slow. Here is a race I did tonight of the daily at Dragon Trail. Please give it a look and critique it as you wish. I am only trying to learn.

Not a bad driver at all but some of the assists are definitely slowing you down like ASM and TC and you definitely don't need TC in GT4. I really don't think you need ASM either. I saw some shifting issues so maybe try an automatic gearbox if you're feeling overwhelmed.

Just some laps playing against an AI N500 GT3 RS in custom race. Sport hard tires stock.
Amazing how fast rivals are when they're ahead. This Custom mode it would be gold if it was good implemented: (better AI, been able to choose exactly the opponent car, shuffle opponents..) it could be very fun but I find it a bit mediocre for now.

Well it has a lot of understeer. I took all the hairpins in 2nd gear because in 1st the car wants to go out the track and is slower overall. You can get use to it but is not easy. I launched it with tcs:1, then after that I turned it off.
Also Aventador and this suffers the same braking issue. You may want to go low revs first, then brake, if you want it to stop it quick.

You see, this is my issue with Lamborghinis in Gran Turismo. They all seem to suffer copious amounts of understeer. They look great, sound great and are great in a straight line, but they never seem to do very well on track. It could be because of their weight, I don't know.
