i dont know if your using sarcasm here but his post was well written and he made great points about how Tsukuba is not the best track for the online focused GTS.

If youre not, apologies. But Brunus post is the perfect representation of what i feel about the track as well.
Maybe you haven't seen Brunus around here much. It might be worded well but it's still bit of a broken record.

Anything other than cosmetic? If so, that instantly makes the prototype obsolete as the final version would be improving on anything the prototype had.

My guess is it’s going to be an M6 N24 / M6 M-Power deal. They’ll have the same physics and BoP as to not interfere with the upcoming FIA championship next month.

OMG PD IS LISTENING!! i never thought i will say that lol my only small (Kind of complain ) is why do we get another RCF GT3 ?? i mean i like the car a lot but we have the prototype already so....
in any case THANK YOU PD.

While I am SUPER happy with the update, I can't help but wonder when they will release Spa and Circuit de la Sarthe....can't wait to collect this Super GTs

I keep going back and forth with whether or not I am excited for Tsukuba. It's a fun track, but I would have liked to see the following tracks first

*Deep breath*
Autodromo Internacional Do Algarve
Red Bull Ring
Silverstone
Circuit of the Americas
Daytona International Speedway (Speedway & Road Course)
Indy (Speedway & Road Course)
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca
Spa
Road America
Sonoma Raceway
Watkins Glen
Fuji
Virginia International Raceway
Sebring
Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL
Road Atlanta
Lime Rock Park
Canadian Tire Motorsport Park
Raceway at Belle Isle Park
Mid-Ohio

I recently returned to the franchise after a couple years away and I have to say I'm very impressed with what PD have pushed out. It's super smooth, nice to drive on a DS4 and the content is trickling in nicely.

What's refreshing is the free DLC, most companies would money grab at any opportunity

Let's all just come to terms with the fact that we're probably not going to see any track that hasn't been in a previous GT game. Let's be real here. They're updating old assets and adding to what they already have (original tracks getting new layouts). It's highly unlikely to expect anything like Road America, Mid-Ohio, ANY American oval outside of Daytona or Indy. All those tracks you mentioned outside of VIR down are in Project Cars 2. And they're beautifully represented. Do you have it, cuz if not there's where you'll get your fix.

I'm mostly happy with this update. I welcome the Gr2 class. I did wonder whether they'd put them back in the game or not. I'm also curious as to how this new Lexus RC F Gr3 is different than what we already have. Do we have an updated list on the BOP updates yet? Wonder which cars got nerfed and which will now be overpowered

Now, while I'm happy they added a new track....but why Tsukuba? it's a very small track from what I can remember. There are much better options than that...and definitely some longer ones too (i.e SPA, La Sarthe, Silverstone)...come on PD!!

it will be great for one make races and much more fun than suzuka east or miyabi .. it's not my personal favourite track but it has a role

How is this Lexus GT3 different from the one we already have?

And the GT500 cars we still have no stats or idea what group they'll be in right?

Question, how is it actually pronounced? The T is silent, correct?

Sort of, but no. "Tsu" and "Su" are different characters. It's all about tongueing.

Normally you'd say "sss" with the tip of your tongue against the back of your lower teeth and the sound comes from the mid-part of your tongue high in the palette. Instead put the tip of your tongue against the back of your top teeth as if you were about to say "tuh" (or the child's version of the letter "T"), and try to force the "sss" through.

So it's pronounced without the T, but with your tongue starting in the position that you would pronounce the T.

The same way you pronounce Tsuchiya and tsuki (moon)! :D

You can sort of hear it there, but in the unscientific way I've been taught it's sort of a "half" T. It shouldn't sound like "T" but you should be able to tell it's there. "Tsuki" (moon) should sound different from "suki" (to like). This may help since I'm terrible at explaining it:

I think it is important to emit opinions, be positive, be negative. And I think it's also important for PD to listen to the FEEDBACK and the WISHES of the community, especially the desired circuits.

Who is to say they did not? There's surely a contingent of players who have played GT for years who are less interested in online racing with the motorsport/racecraft mindset some of us have and want to simply enjoy driving cars around tracks. There's also a pretty big group into drifting and for them this is easily a top 3 track.

It's fine to have a positive or negative opinion but realize you might not be the target group, certainly not for the whole update. This time racers got the Red Bulls and SGT cars and "casuals" (we'll call them) got some nice sports cars and Tsukuba. Next update may be heavy on 70s/80s sports cars and Fuji or Le Mans for the racers.

Excited about all the new additions. Can't wait to take the 86 around Tsukuba!

Also kudos to PD for making good on their promise, and then some.

When they release pictures like this, I get a little pissed - I want to be able to take these pictures.

Unless they're low key teasing a new feature. But I definitely know better than getting my hopes up for something like that ;)

When someone complains about Tsukaba being a boring addition:

I got a big smile on my face when i read Tsukuba will be added, plus new races in the GT league and 13 new vehicles. It is funny though who would complain about a new track added just because it is a track they didn't want but am sure they will race on :lol::lol: Love the video reaction.

Whilst any free content is good, I give it less than a week before all the Tsukuba lovers have fallen out of love. Unless the penalty system has changed as well, the penalties and the scrubbing of said penalties will be an absolute nightmare around here. Even when using slower cars that this track is usually ideal for. :ouch:

Just shows that PD are not really following through the initial idea of GT Sport because no one can say this track will work in Sport mode and keep a straight face, I can assure you. ;)

My biggest issue is with people using the word "new" when describing it. We're not getting any new tracks, just additions to pre-existing assets and (essentially) remasters of real world tracks in previous GT games. I enjoy additions to the game as it started pretty scarce, but to call it new just rubs me the wrong way. And I don't like to get rubbed that way unless you know the safe word ;)

I've been wanting to walk around the cars and and see the details inside out, just like the Vista feature in Forza. Would be a waste if we can't appreciate all the beauty PD recreated in the game. :boggled:

Arrrrggghhh... Nice to have an update with new material... but out of all the Mustang choices we get this???

I'm sorry but it's fugly as all heck imho, and yes I might be alone on that view point but with other models like the one below this pic (GT500) being available why not go for the epic, iconic Mustangs of yore, Maybe you can't tell but I'm a big Mustang fan and was properly pumped when seeing the silhouette in the preview. to get this is a bit of a bummer... at least there's the M3...

Phew... that feels better... :)
