The updates could be more mixed,

I like to think The reason for not adding any gt3/4 cars is that they will require further BOP adjustments (across the board) and if they are planing on moving onto ps5 with new game then doing such major changes (possibly game breaking) is kind of a dangerous move. I believe you will see your heroes in new title but this is only logical way I can think of why it's only road cars they are adding.

There are live events ongoing and adding bentley gt3 which (if they dont get right) might mean unfair advantage and that's much worse in terms of PR and media coverage than adding cars from our childhoods.

It was one of the Martini rally 037s aswell so we might be getting the rally version specifically, who really knows.

I imagine we're far more likely to get the iconic Lancia Rallye than the rather forgotten road car. I'd certainly be very happy with either.

Although considering it's a twin-charged RWD rally car with lots of race-grade parts, the dreaded Gr. X beckons.

It would be in Gr. B most likely, since it literally is a Group B rally car. If they didn't put in there it would, to quote the racing etiquette guide, make them look bad.

I find it funny, that the event is in New York, which might make you expect some American content, and the car pack is all Japanese. They might as well throw Motegi in for the track.

You're correct, but as every other car in Gr. B. Is 4WD, it doesn't make much sense to be in there. Remember that the Quattro we have is the Pike's Peak spec, something more of a beast than the 82 Quattro that did battle with the 037.

Add to that, every other car in the class is either a modernised version of a group A car (WRX, Evo) or a complete fantasy of a superrallycar (GTR, NSX), I think it'd be a real sore thumb in Gr. B.

More than likely it would end up in X.

They come from official GT Website in a "secret" folder where images are named with an incremented number !

So everyday I check if there is no more images and these pictures just popped one hour ago !
