Alright, I got one for you guys. I love a little Gran Turismo 2 trivia.

What's the oldest model car you can buy from the NEW car lot in the Ford Dealership? (Not the Special lot)

Just happens to be my favorite car too:D

doh! I way about to say... (my pic)

and though beautiful sitting still, had this guy get up behind me the other day, and OMG what a sound! And watching him around the corners behind me, with the sound, you could just see the torque wanting to jump up and bite me. Great car.

Alright, I'm pretty sure I figured it out, so I'll pose another question:

What's the widest car in the game?

and as a bonus, widest regular production car in the game (not a race car, more than only a handful made)?

Sorry guys, I was at school! Senior year, spending it on a Gran Turismo 2 forum. and STILL making A's and B's! ;D

But YES, the 1967 Mercury Cougar XR-7 IS correct! as far as I know.

And to answer the next question, I wanna say either the Saleen SR Widebody, or there is a 3000GT LM edition car (forgot where I won it, has a green paint job) that looked pretty dang wide.

As for the widest production car made, haven't the foggiest.

SR Widebody comes in at like 57th widest, and 3000GT LM below that, both in the 1800-1900mm range. There are 15 cars I count at 2000mm and up.

Wow, really?

That's gotta be a tough one then. Maybe the Escape F1 or something like that. Never drove too many wide cars.

3rd?

Wow...let's see. The 1971 Dodge Charger and the Plymouth Muscle Car come up to the same measurements, width wise. Fun fact.

You've stumped me, sir.

Nope, HKS is like other R33's at 1780, Cultus/Escudo are 1900mm.

Hint: both widest and widest production are from the same manufacturer!

Hmmm, just from memory and personal opinion, my guess would be either the Speed 12 or the (Chrysler???) Phaeton for the widest.

Have a good one

Speed 12 comes from the right part of town, but wrong manufacturer.

Also, the widest car in the game is 150mm wider than the next one, which is the Elise GT1.
