How do I enter?
Of course the quickest way to get a decoder piece is to purchase a specially marked copy of Gran Turismo 3 A-spec. You will find a decoder inside the package.
For a no purchase necessary method, send a self-addressed first-class stamped envelope to the below address. Requests must be received by 12/31/01 and are good while supplies last. There is a limit of one request per envelope per household. A decoder piece and official rules will be sent to you within 2 to 4 weeks.
