GT4 enchancing memory card???

ok, now, i found this cool SOUNDING memory card on ebay,
it brags to unlock NEW tracks, NEW cars, and etc.
now, is this a rip? or, is it actually wat it says it is?

Its just a memory card with a GT4 game save on it. It contains no new tracks and no new cars, that you can't get yourself by playing the game.

Well daan always knows the answer. I have everything too so it wouldn't be of any use for me, plus it rips the fun of the game too.

Not to mention you are spending money on a game save. You can download them for free from the internet anyways.
