Plymouth was killed off in 2000, but the Prowler was made until the 2002MY as a Chrysler.
If the Prowler in the game has Plymouth badges then this is the correct answer.

Apparently the previous answer was the Saleen S7. I guess you've found another car? Or maybe the other person was wrong, which sounds more likely. 👍
Edit: someone else also said the RX7, so you're right and the Saleen is wrong
