I found out how to change the rims displayed on used rims list, on my ntsc it is somewhere around 00FC5560. It is formatted like rim list I post above. By changing the rims code string in this area, we can change what displayed on list. For example, if you change the code for BBS, the rim displayed on BBS will change, etc.
I think this hybrid shouldn't be done using ARMAX code, because it will be so many code just to change a single rim. It is best done using artofmoney using null string type.
