we need the tzero. it is an electric car powered by laptop batteries. it can go 0-60 in 3.2 seconds (faster than the enzo :D) and beat the viper SRT/10 in the 1/4 mile. we already have the insight and the prius, so why not this?

not at all bad-looking, either :D

Why not, it looks a bit like a convertible Mosler Raptor, I've seen them before this interweb thingy.

1) This is not a wish list thread (yet again). This thread is only for confirmed cars.

2) Due to a recent attempt by someone to steal this list, I must emphasis that I do not want this list copied and pasted without my permission. I have put a lot of time and effort into this list and making sure it is accurate, and it is not fair for someone to merely scoop it all up and place it on whatever website or forum they wish with a few clicks. You're allowed to make your own list from scratch with the same cars as mine, but you are not allowed to merely take my list and the style in which it is presented and claim it as your own, even if you modify it in some way. And trust me, there are ways I will know if you took my list or not, so you have been warned.

sorry, i will now hit my head against a brick wall as punishment. :( :banghead:

I was just browsing through my GT4 pictures, when I focused on the manufacturers screen. The name Autobianchi jumped out at me? I've never heard of them. A quick Google and I came upon a site dedicated to this maker.

http://www.clubautobianchi.com

As you will see, it's definately not muscle cars we'll be getting from them.

I'd love to know the story of why this make is included.

Maybe just to take on Daihatsu's, and some of the smaller Fiat's.

Autobianchi is a rather famous manufacturer, with a great history in rallying and racing. They're comparable to the classic Minis, which also had great rallying and racing history. Just because they're small doesn't mean they aren't great, nimble, fast cars. They deserve to be in the game as much as any other manufacturer.

I believe they ended up being absorbed into Lancia.

site's in Italian, but click the links for the "speedy" vehicles...
who needs Ferrari ;)

I see you folks have a Challenger R/T on the list but no year. You can go ahead and add a '70 next to it since the Challenger R/T along with it's sister car the 'Cuda AAR were only built for model year 1970.

Yes, it's real!! Mitsubishi built it as their competitor to the Audi Quattro. It was built to Group B regulations, but never got to run in the WRC. I think it competed in the Paris - Dakar and a few other events though.

Check out this page:

You can see the car with the yellow colour scheme here:

Hey, I'm looking at your car list, and from what I understand, it seems as if there is an actually picture of Tommy Kaira's ZZ-II, and that it's confermed to be in the game. While I desparately hope this is the case (it is my favorite car... ever.) I have yet to see one. Can someone clear this up for me?

Thanks

Thanks trEVO! I can situate it now, so it came after respectively the Colt Lancer GSR1600 and the Lancer 2000 Turbo, and before the Group N Galant VR-4. The Starion was developped by Andy Cowan in England but it was abandoned even before it was homologated. So it should have been Mitsubishi's Group B car.

And now they're crediting it again :mischievous:

That would be awesome.
Welcome to GTP, there are some group B cars, take a look at the list onpage 1, there were a few at the E3 that you could drive too.

I hope that this rallycar along with the road-spec car be in GT4, I call this car the Pre-EVO:

Thanks a lot.

Yeah, I saw there were a couple in the list.

I was hoping to maybe see some Audi Quattros, and some 6R4.

But I'll be very content with the 205 T16. :D

A interesting web site that has GT4 car list with pictures. I stumbled on to it, please respect the work that the web site owner put into it. Anway it agrees with the list on here for the most part and you can put a face with the names. GT4 will be undefiable the best car game..
Car List with Pictures : impressive

greenlightning, I agree. There certainly has been a lot of work put into that site. A lot of the text is lost on me. Thankfully there was a lot of pictures.

I noticed the Metro 6R4 was there. I certainly hope so, it went like bullet.

I just found a link to a site with some cars at the UK MotorShow. Some of them are production cars, and some of them are concepts, but that shouldn’t make a difference.

A. Farboud GTS
B. Ferrari 612 Scaglietti
C. Kia KCV-III
D. Lamborghini Gallardo
E. Mercedes SLR McLaren
F. MG SV-R
G. Mini Convertible
H. Noble M14
I. Porsche Carrera GT
J. TVR Tuscan 2
K. Honda HSC
L. Vauxhall VX Lightning
M. Vauxhall VXR Monaro
N. VW Concept C

What do we think may pop up? I stuck Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini in, because if they do appear, these are the latest and greatest.

Some of the others look really good. I’ve never heard of Farboud, but it looks very nice. And apparently, 3.3 seconds to 100kph, and 200mph. I’d like the MG, because that looks like a monster, and I think there is going to be a version with over 1000bhp. I’m always partial to a TVR. The TVR Sagaris, (not pictured) looks totally over the top. So we should see that as well as the Tuscan 2. The Mercedes recently did the fastest lap of the Top Gear (UK TV show) test track, by over 3 seconds. Be interesting to see the airbrake on that as well. Being Japanese, I’m sure we’ll see the Honda. The Vauxhall Monaro will be familiar to our Australian friends as the HSV GTO.

I know it's all speculation, but these look interesting.:)

Nice work. Lots of hard work must have gone into that site.

I note however that the "MG Maestro G51" pictured is not only not the real G51, it's not even a Turbo: it's an EFi / 2.0i (earlier EFi lacked the full colour-coding of the 2.0i, otherwise the same car).

The Turbo has a completely different bodykit by Tickford, about 40BHP more under the loud-pedal, and 1.7 seconds faster to 60mph (8.4 vs 6.7). See below: real "G51 NAV" MG Maestro Turbo on the right, photo from the above website on the left.

The Turbo was also just a little less numerous: there were 32,725 EFis made between 1984 and 1991. There were only ever 505 Turbos made, between October 1988 and December 1989.

All he had to do was ask and I would have happily provided a photo of the real car :)

I've just been trying to find a bit about Proto. I found this site here

Seeing as they only have/had 2 different models, the PS II and Spirra, I would assume they'd have them both in the game. If the company is going this far for the publicity, surely they would want their whole lineup to try and build a history.

All thats confirmed is every model will be represented, so that means at least one of each model range will be in thats been represented in a previouse GT game.
