Would that apply to other games on the same console (as Ferrari and Need For Speed), or to all games on all consoles?

The only info on the site I could find regarding it's appearence on X-Box is this little bit here in the news section.

Koenigsegg and X-box

The Koenigsegg CC is the star of the latest edition of Midtown Madness.

The latest edition of the X-box features the Koenigsegg CC as the ultimate supercar. In order to drive the Koenigsegg CC you need to pass all other levels, i.e. all the other slower cars.

I couldn't find anything that hinted at an exclusive licence.

If any of you can remember where I can see the pic of the ASL Garaiya GT 300 JGTC Race Car, please let me know. I can't find it. Thanks bunch.

Anyone got confirmation on any of the bmw's yet? I sure hope they make the cut. If not their blood will still run through the mini coopers and McLaren:)

Don't tell the owner of a *real* Mini that they drive a BMW for God's sake; you'll start WW3.

The car that BMW have the cheek to call a Mini is no more a Mini than is an 8-seater MPV. Just like every Golf since the Mk3, it's a bloated, overweight, obscenity which draws on the image of the original article to artificially bloat the sales of an otherwise innoffensive but ultimately uninspiring car. Yes, I've been in one. One word: yawn

And just about the only reason why British journalists like it is because it's made by BMW. If the exact same car was made by MG-R they'd slag it off bigstyle.

Actually the MG's have been given a warm welcome, the Rover badged cars havn't, especially the new City Rover which is a Tata with a Rover badge and is really just a crap car.

I'm going to have to disagree on the Mini comment. Maybe the regular cooper isnt all that great but I drove a Mini Cooper S and I was quite impressed. The engine isnt bmw but pratically everything else is. But to each his own.

I still think a Mini should be well, mini. The new Mini is bigger than most small hatches, which even if statistically its better, thats besides the point, its a bigger car! :irked: Bit like the New Beetle which I believe is basically a VW Golf, its also bigger than the original & pretty expensive. So doesn't really hold many similarities to the original, just its a similar shape.

I would be more impressed if they made a new Mini similar to the size of the original one but made it relatively safe & comfortable, of course that would be difficult being such a small car. But c'mon its a Mini not a Maxi :P

Trend of cars these days - make small cars bigger, then introduce new 'small' cars :odd:

Well Mini's engine is manufactured in Brazil by Tritec Motors. Tritec Motors is owned by BMW. The engine is fantastic. The car in a whole, for me, is too overhyped. And expensive.

It's great car, but it's far too expensive for what you get, a few grand more and a second hand good as new S2000 is yours. Mini or S2000, I know it would depend on what you needed the car for, an S2000 would be hell trying to load a week or two's shopping in, but if you neede it to cope with a degree of load lugging, would you get a new Mini anyway, you can get a Focus 1.8 for less.

Apologies, the359, you're quite right. I feel I hijacked the thread there a bit. Also sorry to anyone I may have offended who owns a new "Mini" and likes it. Most people who have never driven my model of car tell me my car is crap, so who am I to slag off someone else's car just 'cos I don't like it? Each to his own :)

**On Topic**

So, has the Official Car list come out yet, or is it still under rumour control?

What do you drive G51?
Hi M5_dude, I drive the MG Maestro Turbo which was photographed for inclusion in GT4 last year. It's now appearing in a number of 'net GT4 lists, so on the assumption that "there's no smoke without fire", I'm hoping that it will indeed be featured. See my earlier postings in (I think) page 8 of this thread for a pic of my car (I guess you Stateside folks won't have seen an MG Maestro Turbo before).

EDIT: Correction: the pic is on page 6 - just checked!

Agree totally, in my house we call taht BMW the Biggy.

Can we all gwet back on topic and leave the Mini discussion behind or take it into another forum, The359's already asked.

I'm just wondering, wouldn't it be a good idea if this thread was stickyed and then put in place of the other GT4 car list.

*cough* mods *cough* :P

Already tried, was rejected because "it's not a real list and would confuse new people into believing it was a real list".

...even though you're supposed to read the text on the first post clearly stating this is not a real list...

Apply that logic to the site as a whole.

People are supposed to read the AUP and ToS before signing up - rarely happens. People are supposed to read the "Read This: Look Here Before You Ask" thread in the GT3 forum before they ask anything - almost never happens. And there used to be a stickied "The Answer to The Question: What Is The Best Car" thread - where the first line of the first post said "There isn't one" - but people constantly were posting what they thought was the best car in that thread.

A large percentage of the populous this site is permanently stupid - as opposed to the rest of us who are occasionally or often stupid. I can see why "Der Management" didn't want to sticky this thread - and have you SEEN some of the dross in it cluttering it up?

Bwahaha! Big Brother is watching you!

But if this thread was stickied, then all the "Is this car in?!" posts would be stuck in a single thread, instead of having countless threads over and over.

It wouldn't stop countless other threads about which cars are in or not. Like Famine said, there are ALOT of permanentley stupid people online.

 - I'm sure that's been in a movie before :D

Anyway, I said I understand their decision - not that I agreed with it necessarily.

Correct, which means you either know me, know the previous owner, or (more likely) you've learned how to use the RAC Vehicle Checking Service which tells you when the car last changed owners. Interestingly, the aforementioned website also tells me that G51 NAV was built 11 months after I know it was first registered, so it's bit useless really!

Curse you! You could have at least pretended to be spooked!

The site also tells me my girlfriend's car was built three days after she took delivery of it - seeing as she got it in January '04, in ought to have an 04 plate if they are right, but it has a 53 plate.

They got the date of transfer of my last car right though. I must check the written-off one... :D

Edit: Hmm. My written-off car last changed owners 4 months after it was written-off. Well, at least I was right - it would make a decent, easy repair job for someone.

Curiously, my first car, sold SIX years ago, only left the people who bought it from me in November just gone... Fascinating.

Anyway, back to the topic. What was it again?
