GT4 Master Car List

Late night thinking;

As Kia and Hyundai are partners, I wonder if any of Kia's junk will make a surprise appearance to bring the Korean count to 2. Not that there's anything particularly sporting in their lineups...

I dont know if anyone posted this but I got Motor Trend yesterday and they said they got and played GT4. Most of the info was nothing new but the said you could race steam cars. The quote was something like "You can drive a range of cars from old steam powered cars to modern race machines" I'll post the real quote later when I find the mag again.

[edit] the mag was right behind me here is the real quote "You can drive anything from current concept vehicles to a vinatage steam car and every thing in between." it goes on to say no ferrari porsche or lamborghini.

Well Australian articles said that Holden, Ford (Aus), FPV (Ford Performance Vehicles) and maybe HSV (Holden Special Vehicles) will be in GT4.

I dont know about the Dutch and Spain.

MOTOR says Ford, FPV, Holden and no HSV will be in,

The new KIA Sportage is actually a quite good consideration for the game. A cheap but fairly quick hatchback. Fits in nicely. Also the new "Picanto" is one for the Kei class of cars.

I think you've had a really bad day usernamed, he brought more info on the matter of Holden and FVP. This info would surely confirmed this cars will be in. Don't get me wrong it might have a slight chance of backfiring but doubtful. So just be easy on the new member.

Using that "new" icon would be a great idea if the359 is up to the extra work. The list is getting so large I can never tell what new cars are being added.

I understand french, and found this list on the web, they claim 787 cars(586 confirmed), more than 60 tracks. You can translate it, but take a look definitely. Most cars have pictures, they list them by countries and makers.

Go to www.wanadoo.fr

Where it says "Rechercher" (search) type in "Gran Turismo 4 liste des voitures", then look for the entry with web address :
"www.perso.wanadoo.fr/site.neo/..."

You should find it. I tried that link directly but it did not work..

That list is oh-so-fake... While it may have the confirmed cars on it (no doubt gathered from this very thread), it also has a bunch of "wishlist" cars on it.. Like Ferarri, Porsche, and Lamborghini. And we already know those cars aren't in the game. Useful for people that want to see pictures of the cars, but I wouldn't use it as a "confirmed" list.

We already know that this thread will be scrapped once the game is out.. a new thread will be started with the complete list of cars that are in the game. That thread, if the creator is so inclined, will probably include pictures of everything.

That's correct. Very good website, with reliable information and very interestingly pictures of every car. It's been mentioned here before however, so I guess most people know it.
