Could someone just convert that ****ing rmfb nurburgring video file to a mpeg or wmv?

Can´t see those vids.
Sorry tried to convert them in AVi's using my video editing programs (format is not supported). Want to see them badly install RealMedia. Trust me its worth it. 👍

I downloaded it now. The vid is fine, i mean, the one of the Toyota prototype ride at Nordschleife.

The lap was good overall, but he was a little dirty in some sectors. The car is just outstanding performance(totally unreal for sure) and it´s really a blast. Maybe in an insane lap, trouble free, 5"00 or under is possible.

Just in the long 2 mile straight, he could had been a lot of faster, setting a longer differential gear ratio, maybe geting 430 km/h there or more, he could be like 2 seconds or even more faster.

But the lap was good overall.

Well, and about the Caterham vid, it´s great vid. The game now reproduces very real the sensation of speed. At 200, 230, 260 km/h, it seems pretty fast now, thing that we didn´t see in GT3. It really looks like real.

I can´t definately wait to play GT4 with my future DFP. :)

I didn't want to see the ending video. But from what I did see, I'll talk about them one by one. You ready? Let's do it.

(1: Mitsubishi HSR-II Concept) I noticed the handling of the machine. It seems to have two seperate wings. When you turn left, the left portion goes up. When you turn right, the right portion goes up. Not a bad concept car. (2: Caterham) People will be upset when you can't race the Caterham against other cars, but you're still getting perhaps the only other British beast other than the British car with a German heart, the McLaren F1. I liked it a lot. (3: DeLorean) I'll admit. I'm not really a DeLorean fan. Never seen "Back to the Future," don't really like the car. It is pretty nice to see it compete against other machinery. (4: Tank Car) the background music was more like smooth electronica. You know, techno music that's not really pulsating or bumping. But the engine is great to listen to. And if you've seen "My Classic Car" on that, you'll probably have heard of this thing before. B*tchin' ride! (5: Suzuki GSX) The car was cool in action, I liked it a lot. But I love something more. My first look at GT's rendition of Le Mans. My GOD! That was lovely! It started with the planes flying by, and all throughout the short video, I was in love! GT, please come to Southeast Houston, TX, USA now! I need my dosage of Le Mans! (6: Benz Patent Motor Wagen) No offense. Slow car, High Speed Ring. It's nice to see history in action, and it was funny when the Replay was fast-forwarded. Hell, I wonder if the driver could RUN faster than the car. Imagine Marion Jones racing against this machine. Car vs. Runner. Who'd win? Would be entertaining to find out. Then again with the steroid issue from last year, who'd outrun this thing ON FOOT?

Set me straight about anything that may be wrong. But I dig these cool videos.

Could I ask for a video request of a race with every car on the grid an LMP? I want to at least see the Audi R8, the Pescarolo Courage C60, and the BMW V12 LMR in one replay. Thanks in advance!

I forgot to say please keep it in the format the Windows Media Player would recognize. Thanks again.

Just wanna say great job on the vids Egghead and all the peeps helping him. :) Love the vids in all forms except for the dang "zooming". :D It gets a bit too much sometimes.

I don't know about any of you, but Le Mans looked sensational when I saw the AVI file for it. I was "damn, man!" I don't really see the real challenge faced for the Le Mans track when PD worked on it. I could understand the Nurburgring Nords. deal, but Le Mans seemed pretty tough to get down. As I've said, play "Le Mans 24 Hours" either on Dreamcast or PlayStation 2, and go to the Circuit de la Sarthe. LM24H is kind of dated now, but with PD and GT4, I was pretty impressed. For that Suzuki that raced the track, I kind of wished the car was an Audi R8, a Toyota GT-One, or even one or the sexy beast, the Bentley EXP GT. That was some unreal stuff. I was blown away by how Le Mans looked, even with the planes that flew overhead. Last game I probably remember playing with planes flying overhead was the Ridge Racer series.

For those who saw the Suzuki video from the first thread, what did you think about how Le Mans looked from the replay shots?

Yeah, Egghead does like his zoom-ins, don't he? :)

But still.. we're getting these awesome vids, for FREE, and who can complain about that? It's a great service for those of us still pining for the game. :)

By the by, how does one acquire the other "old-timers"? I know you get the Model T from getting Super golds, what about the other two, the Daimler & Benz? Is there any other way to get the Motor T? (I only ask because I fear I may not be as good as I think I am, and all golds in Super may be beyond me.. hehe).
