This week’s theme will be "Green Hell" as chosen by Week 77 Winner Tangled Web. ​

Further explanation of theme: ​

In the words of TW (echo, echo, echo...):
I wanna see any car you feel like driving tearing it up at the Ring. Bouns points for drifting.

Cars: Any.
Tracks: Nurburgring Nordschleife.
Phototravel: Any.
​

• Winner will select the top 10 for the poll and pick the theme for the following week.
• Post your final entry in red letters. Such as “Final Entry”
• A preview image may be used, but it may be no bigger than 300*400 pixels by either photo orientation.
• You may have two honorable mentions if a preview image is not used.
• You may change your Final Entry once. If if you do so, please edit your original entry make a new post linking to it.
• Do not use an entry from a previous competition.
• Do not post more than three photos in this thread.
• Only one entry may be submitted, and it must be uploaded using Imageshack and have the thumbnail picture.

You can use layers for overlay and layer adjustments, but not to alter the geometry and original subject matter of the picture: like adding stickers and body kits, and objects that are not in the original image.​

One of my favorite cars. BMW M3 GTR at Nurburgring.

This was going at speed through a "S" part of the track.

I got thrown by the first rumblestrip (pretty much where the camera is) and just had to hold the turn to make the corner before getting to the second rumblestrip.

FYI I made the corner.

Heed the preview image size limit. If you're going to ignore it, I'll ignore your entry.

Anyway, I removed the second shot since you seem to have a problem with it.

The comment in the poll is because in the past we have had problems with people being liberal with the rules. They're there for a reason; not everybody is blessed with high-speed, and people shouldn't get preferential treatment just because they're lazy. I am being "host-like"; it's my duty to make sure they do. Not to turn a blind eye.

As for multiple pictures; again, not everybody has high-speed. Empty's been on dial-up for years (unless he changed fairly recently), and I know Alpha is too. It's a waste of time to have pictures taking up download time that have absolutely nothing to do with the contest. Post them up in your galleries. Thank you for removing it, though.

Excellent choice! I forgot how nice the angles are on that car, good job.
