well this combo remains a mistery to me, but i still bet my previous best by .22 in my last session.

25.916 (i just dont see .7xx in my book)
58.776

scrappy last sector, time submitted again, sorry flat-out for an overload of pm's from me:dopey:

Time(s) submitted: One for me - I'm not happy with the time at all, I just didn't have time to run more/again... And one for my sister, unofficial, and slowest-ever lap done while not in the Mercedes Carriages

And Board Updated. And by the looks of it, Curtis, you don't need to re-submit, if everyone else submitted and was this much slower than you...

Lol, I'm not sure we have the same skills as you...

Thanks for the advice though guys, I'll see how much of a handle I can get on the third gear wheelspin for those two corners with my DS2 and jerky joystick steering.

Grrr... This is taking longer than I'd have liked. Next lap that's faster and clean is getting submitted. Somewhere in the 59s at T2, can't remember if it's high or mid or low... Anywho, they REALLY screwed up the way FWD cars handle. Well, the handling's fine, but the grip while on the gas is definitely exageratted(sp?) a LOT. R5 tires are one thing, but even with R5 tires I bet this has this much wheelspin. Somehow it manages to stay somewhat on course, but seriously, 300NA hp, with not much torque would barely spin top notch street tires this much in real life. Maybe this car just has skinny rally size tires, although in R3 compound. Who knows. Kinda like older cars have less grip than newer cars with the same tires, probably because their tires are skinnier.

Frustrating. But I definitely want to keep playing. I just NEED to go to sleep. Please have a clean lap soon!!!

Fighting for the mid-field in Div 1, new splits.

T1: 0'25.158
T2: 0'58.507

Picked up 0.450 to T2 from my previous splits, but the final time is better by a full second. :)

Time submitted

Managed a few laps and submiited.

Think my splits were something like 25.6/59.2

Cool race 👍

Submitted my board time as I've not had chance to get another session on this...Damn RL cars, the Mini ate it's engine! So I've spent most of the last week rebuilding a new one for it. :grumpy:

Managed to fight my way to the bottom of Div 2 this week I think. :D

Good luck everyone.

Darren.

think he means

0'24.916
0'57.776

i beat Dan by .003 with the 220 gears, good racing

Yes, I did wonder where those supposedly faster splits came from...

And Lotus350, you're Division 2 on the DS2, if the Week 47 leaderboard is correct, right? Seems like the legends were GT3-WRS related...

And what about the 1250cc one lying around?

And you're not rock-bottom yet!

Not yet...You've not seen my T2 - Finish yet. :P

And yes, the 1275GT engine is in bits as I type this, I'm waiting for a phone call to let me know when my gasket set arrives at my suppliers...Already got all the new shiney parts for it, I just need to bolt it all together and drop it in. :D

I'll wait patiently for the (delayed) results to see your T2-Finish... Mine was good, but I lost 0.1 there compared to the previous ghost (all made up on Start-T2)...

And I'll wait even more patiently for a video of the new engine... I've seen one of those yesterday on my way back from school, and old Mini with a 1275cc engine (God bless displacement-revealing emblems), and it sounded great...

Nice to see such a battle at the top :sly: Needed to be part of that too...

I gave it a go yesterday. Also this morning but got disturbed all morning so couldn't come close again to my time from yesterday. Car takes some getting used to but then it's alright. With some more effort I can scrape about 3 tenths off, but this is all that was in there for me atm.

Splits:
T1 24.933
T2 57.942

Seen a 24.6 too, but had no idea how I did it. Didn't come close to it again either

Although the race is over, I couldn't help trying again... The time is 0.3 quicker at the line and about 0.03 quicker than hOt and holl..

24.847
57.807

I think this challenge should go in a hall of fame. Anyone keen on posting their time at gtplayground?

What time are the results posted? ... been checking in a few times today to see how badly I was spanked by the freak drivers :sly: :P

It really was a great combo ... one of the best GT4WRS events I have taken part in so far 👍

Absolutely. I thought I was doing well in the early running, but then I just got stomped on. I couldn't seem to find where to shave off the time. I wonder how active the replay swapping was in the back channels?

This combo was definitely one of the best...

I'm trying to, but I get a page error when clicking on 'Submit an Arcade More Time'... Any help?

And Jake, I reckon PAL replay-swapping was very inactive, since few freaks got on MSN with PAL... I tried my best this week, and couldn't shave off the time I needed, and tried looking for a replay. Couldn't get one.

Gotta love that name! ... Freaks!! ;) .... It's a small price to pay for greatness :sly: 👍
