Quick guide to replay checking:

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are Standard Road Tyres only (N3) and that the power is 181HP hp
2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle

Never thought I would vote "Good. I liked it a lot" for a crapwagon race like this one but damned if it didn't end up being pretty addicting.

Congratulations to all of the usual elite Division 1 racers for their alien times. Getting another second out of this lap seems damn near impossible nevermind nearly 2 by Hugo Boss. I really appreciate the Div 2 racers for really forcing me to grind this one out. I was content with a 2'35 until all of the tough D2 splits started pouring in. Great job by Jetbots427 as well in winning Division 3 with a very respectable time.

I'd also like to thank Hugo Boss especially for not only helping me understand some things about the settings for this lap and this game in general, but for making this week a much better experience for many racers by disclosing a very solid setup for those who could not figure it out themselves as well. I myself used the setup as a base with only a few alterations to fit my driving style.

Final, congrats on the win! Putting in all those laps the last minute really paid off! I was going to do some last night, but I'm glad I didn't now...as I don't think I had 7 tenths left in me. Great competition this week in D2!

Thanks man. I probably did 200 miles last night trying to hit that last section right. 3 hours worth of racing just to scrape out a half second. And it was a lucky last sector at that. Frustrating but worth it in the end. This one certainly didn't fall into my lap.

This week never liked me at all and I stopped racing it not long after starting due to frustration and disgust at that damn hairpin, no excuses though I couldn't have matched the top 3 if I had a month extra to chase them

Thanks for this entertaining week, Jerry! This is my first GT4 WRS where I really went for it 👍

Congrats to all other gold runners and division winners Especially to FinaL ExaM with his Div1 worthy time and undiscussable promotion. You might have made a lot of miles, but if you want to end on top we all need to make those miles.

Nice to read also that my setup gets appreciated and that it was a good base for most drivers. I'll keep on posting them when I'm joining a GT Mode week.

Amen to that!

I knew my finish absolutely sucked. But this much? Goddam it, I lost 0.7 in only two turns! Expectable though, with every new best lap I lost a bit there. I guess 4 improvements add up to 0.7 loss there.

Congrats to the many podium finishers - Jake and Sean especially, they drove to madness with their new splits every time, and forced me to try and stick behind them. Congratulations to Final for that promotion (what did I tell ya?), and to Jetboys - if, of course, you've finally purchased a MaxDrive. And of course to Hugo for finding another 0.7 on the opposition, and the great guidance concerning settings and lines 👍

Before I ramble on like an oscar-winner (even though I'm not a gold, I have to submit every week. Self-imposed honesty-rules)...

EDIT: Hugo's lap is clean. Not exactly a close lap - you've had one spot with only two wheels on the rumble, but the rest had, almost always, four wheels on the rumble/tarmac 👍

Yeah - all golds, plus the randomly selected driver from each division, much submit a replay to be scrutineered and checked.

I hear you on that. I can see in theory how he does it. In practice is were it counts though... I just need to keep on logging the miles and paying attention to what I'm doing.
