So a Viper GTS with huge slicks and 1700 HP IRL is roughly the equivalent of an ACR with 1031 HP in GT5 on racing softs...

(Look at 1:04 for specs)

Imagine having that cockpit experience in GT6 :D

Take into account the gearing. By the 1/4 he's in 4th, but with the way most GT5 players tune their ACRs you're in 6th and at redline by the 1/4...

You must remember that no one would ever launch a 1000 hp car full throttle from redline. If we had silcks there would be power wheelies everywhere. It would be great, and it would end all this Awd domination at the 1/4 mile.

Slicks make all the difference. a 1031 hp ACR on slicks would be devastating. Hell, anything on slicks would be insane. The launch would look crazy from the cockpit too.

Yea, at 1:31, that would KILL GTR off the line

Just listen to the thing launch while in cockpit view. That's one helluva transmission not to blow up...

I'm honestly not sure how that transmission is still in the car. From all my knowledge there should be parts left at the starting line:lol:

at this point, I don't think that it matters if it's a GTS, ACR, or a Fiat, it has 1700hp...

Look up the AMS Performance Alpha GTR series. They built he first 8 second GTR and the violence of the launch is damn painful.
