GT5 Drift Hall Of Fame | Op makeover

Sorry, i would keep my mouth shut, because i dont understand the substance of mean for this all... at least yet. I tried hard, even comparing to any other kind of "hall of fame" (i.e. NBA Hall or Fame), but all these nominations came by concrete achievements. But i still dont get it.

I confess i didn´t drifted with all of the nomines and the ones that i drifted with are at least good (if not very good), but what made they deserve a spotlight? Drift using real wheels? Make part of certain official (but also segregated) competition? Make part and defend any team?

Please dont consider that i am jealous. Even if i would be nominated, i´d be writing it... cose i dont see any concrete criteria. For exemple, UKO_Driftninja (sorry if i wrote wrongly) should be in this list, due his huge contribuition with his online broadcasting.

Thank you guys so much! Iys an honor to be apart of the gtplanet drift community. I have dedicated tons of hours toward my mini comps, and major comps such as VDC. I am proud to do so, and am so thankful for the award I have received! Next year will only bring more to come. Although it is a slow process I am in the works of a dvd.

Second i wouldn´t want to be nominated, cose would be unfair since my participation on GT5 drifting is 70% here and 30% in the game, and i never made part of any championship (i respect who compete, but drift for me is not a competition). Also, i didn´t disrespected any nomine in any way, and i think that they deserve to be in this list.

I admire you as a drifter, and i would like that you understand that im debating ideas, not attacking no person. But if i would to criticize in this way, i would say that is nothing ethical to nominate yourself in the same "hall of fame" that you are taking care of.

Sorry for calling you jealous, I actually got it wrong from your previous post. I'm sorry.
I was about not to put me on the list because I hate being cocky as hell but I just gave it a try. I got some votes but even if I will be in this Hall of Fame I will ask somebody else to write the stuff about me because of the reason just mentioned. So in this case your criticism fits.
Please don't think I criticize you because I don't. I've got you wrong so you got me wrong.

That DVD sounds sweet, if you ever need another set of hands on the editing side, give me a shout. I find making drift montages to be extremelly satisfying and would love to be a part of something big!

Lol if anyone is next it should be Gambino or GAUZ. Gambino is like my mentor i can pretty much go to him for anything and gives great advice. Then GAUZ is a great guy has a cool personality and have loads of drift experience to go with that.

This looks like a fun thread. I think it kinda died off before my time lol. It would be cool to revive it.

The two people that would get my vote right now are dGambino1 and fcpMarcus.

Gam has created on of the most successful teams in all of GT5, is always helping out both new comers and vets alike, and is one of the most B.A. Drifters I've ever had the good fortune to drift with. Many of you who have had private interactions with Gam will know this, but many others won't - although he's not the most active poster on GTP, Gam is constantly working behind the scenes to help people out, and believe it or not, refereeing and settling many of the petty beefs that happen around here.

Marc....what can be said about Marc that hasn't been already. I can confidently say Marc is one of the best virtual drifters in the world (not exaggerating). I'm not sure if anyone in the virtual drift world has a longer list of accolades attributed to themselves...and i belive he is the only person (that i know of at least) that has single handedly defeated an entire drift team on his own Aside from that, he is one of the most humble and down to earth people I've met in this game. An endless source of drifting knowledge, Marc is always working on perfecting his cars (and if any of you ever got the chance to drive his VDCS1 SS10, or Spirit R, you'd understand what I mean), and doing what he can to help those around him get the most out of their cars. I think everyone on NEMESIS has learned a thing or two about tuning from The Master.

Forget the GT Planet... My paint jobs are the best in the entire GT Universe! I should get a vote for that alone I don't really agree there should be a H.O.F for GTP, but Gambino would get my vote off the current list. 👍

Yeah 12-14-2011 this was made.lol. I remember looking at all the names on the list and copied it so if i ever see them in a room i have to join and see if i could keep up. A sort of hit list.LOL. I really think this would be a great thing to have and to be honest there should be at least 5 drivers i can name right now that deserve it and like all other Hall of Fame they induct more than 1 person. It should give something for these young rookies to strive for. Who knows it might even clean up some attitudes in the Drift scene on GTP and GT5.
