o_0' so, because we are going to have more races to do, GT is gonna be a completley different game? nah, sorry but im gonna have to say yes to the poll. The point is GT is bolstering its army of events, nothing more or less. Im sure we would all agree competing in a real WRC (or NASCAR) is more enticing than a fake GTRA event :)

Im sure that GT5 will have road cars, and race cars, nothing lost just added, look at GT4 its full of road and race cars.

Yes, but if you look at the franchise as a whole, there has definitely been 'race car creep'. I'm sure that GT5 will have the largest contingent yet of racing cars too!

I'd rather not buy five or six different games from Polyphony, unless they all have full blown career implementations. I mean, I would, but look at what you're talking about:
  • Gran Turismo Tuning Car Racing, $60
  • Gran Turismo Touring Car Racing, $60
  • Gran Turismo ALMS Racing, $60
  • Gran Turismo Super GT Racing, $60
  • Gran Turismo DTM Racing, $60
  • Gran Turismo V8 Supercar Racing, $60
  • Gran Turismo NASCAR Racing, $60
  • Gran Turismo Formula 1 Racing, $60
  • Gran Turismo World Rally Racing, $60
Does this appeal to you?? :P

As opposed to having ALL those series licensed under one single game for a grand total of....?

Well, to start off I can tell you I'd only have interest in half of those, and on top of that, when you separate the series by themselves, I think they'd be much cheaper due to individualized/no licensing costs.

Oops. I voted "no" without reading the original post first.

On the "adding", I'm actually happy. Even NASCAR, which I find worthless(:D), more the merrier. Put it in, I'll check it out.

I voted "no", because last couple of GT's are not as much fun to me as the first three. Granted, GT5 Prologue is not a full GT. More of a super-deluxe demo, but still, I just don't have fun playing it.

I've been with the series from the Day 1, and I hope both the game & myself will be on the same page again soon. :)

Tuning your Evolution road car to make it competitive with the Evolution rally car?

Thats why I like the idea,it allows not only the potential for using fully licensed cars from today's WRC but some classic rally cars, even tracks. But the fact you could have a privateer class races before before getting a WRC licence would make just the rally portion huge on it's own.
I also think GTTV will have content,in theory they could stream live feed from the event into GTTV.Thats before you even get into NASCAR.

But were this could really impact is online,PD could put up online events were everyone who owns the game could enter a giant rally event spread over 8 point to point stages and the winners could get actually WRC based prizes

I wouldn't be surprised if there even more licenses in the game, but the potential for having a full stand alone games worth of content as a part of GT5, could really push the scale of the game beyond anything out there.
