I am not talking about toys; im talking about all but one of these cars are in the game i already have most of the cars since im into japanese cars and not euro or domestics.

So the ae86 came with the not road legal racing engine?

edit: lol I see. You are talking about "replicating" them in GT5. We were talking about real life replicas, because that's what "driving" and "trying" means. Very disappointed.

is ep.03 somewhere?

lol still laughing at hondajunkie thinking he "built a replica" that he "drives" and "tunes".....on gt5.

Yes, there will be 2 eps per month from now until the season is over. I think there is a language (or ego) barrier between avens/hondajunkie... no reason we can't be supportive of each other.

I would also really like to see a DLC pack with road courses like the Initial D mountain passes. Even fictional mountain roads are fine by me (i.e. Forza's Fujimi Kaido), I'm surprised GT5 still has yet to implement a single one.

So they won't cover all the manga on fifth stage? There isn't much left considering how fast paced the first 2 anime episodes were.

I've been reading all of this and since Pikes Peak is a mountain and it's full tarmac now maybe they can bring it back so we can pretend it's touge?

avens: I hope not, probably the chapters were fast paced because they wanted to show some racing, and also on the first episodes they skip things.

OutOfBoredom: Could be, Kaz actually (kind of) talked about it in an interview. :dopey:

If that's the one I'm thinking of (only ever seen YouTube vids of it) then I'll pass on something like that. Too wide and circuit like.

I did something you can't say on this website :yuck:

Are you guys being serious? you want more japanese cars??? wow... and for a simulator like this you would rather have a dlc for some anime series rather than a real registered race series, although the sad thing is that the way Kaz seems to be running things, the anime cars seem more likely.

Yes. Yes. Initial D is more popular than various motorsports categories.

Also modelling 3 japanese cars (that their base is on the game btw) is easier than traveling abroad to do 20, the track we want is in japan as well (they just changed the name to put it in the anime), etc. Even the tofu shop is a real life place.

edit: and since you don't watch it, the series is supervised by keiichi tsuchiya (pro driver and best motoring host) so it is a lot more realistic than a regular anime. Sure drifting is exaggerated, but the driving sequences are spectacular.

I know, on this thread I had already posted that it was demolished. But the surroundings are there so it's a little imagination.

(or building it from scratch just for the game. Nothing was built on top and it is unused space so cheaper)

I wouldn't mind Fujiwara's Tofu Shop as a Phototravel location. :dopey:
Also, it wouldn't be so hard for PD to make a livery-less RE Amemiya RX-7, and obviously paintable, altough it wouldn't be 100% exact to Keisuke's. :grumpy:
And if they make a trueno, it NEEDS to have an option to make the headlights from carbon fibre. :nervous:

Sure this kinda idea sounds fun but i would be severely disappointed if Kaz gives us a DLC of this instead of something a large amount of GT5 racers have been craving for although i expect no more major DLC's to be honest, i hope i am proven wrong at least.

well the drifting community would surely love a DLC like this along w/ all the Ebisu tracks
