does anybody know how the matter USED CARS will be handled?
in GT4 for example there where three different stores for used cars...

I understand the want for more infromation and media but let's take comfort that they didn't announce another delay. GT5 is right arou d the corner. All of our questions will be answered then after what seems like a decade.

That is great for people who have decided to buy it. I still have not made up my mind about buying a copy of this game. When will they begin to show high quality videos of the game? F1 2010 had these kind of videos over 5 months ago!

Btw, it was using G25 instead of DFGT?

All of the Finnish public events GT5 has appeared on have been using a G25/G27 + Playseat setup.

About the Motul GT-R... I think most people who haven't tried it will be quite impressed :)

Trailers can be (in my opinion) considered a high quality video of the game. Whilst not direct game play think of it as watching various clips from a replay. Trust Polyphony Digital with these trailers because when it comes to PD what you see is what you get.. So you won't be disappointed at all. The reason F1 2010 probably had those videos 5 months ago is because that game probably hasn't taken nearly as long to develop as GT5. GT5 will be the biggest car racing sim/game in a long time for a long time. So be patient and I can guarantee you your patients will pay off.. it will be worth the wait. My desision to buy the game was made all along before GT5 was even announced. Why you ask? well because I've been a fan of the series (and a dedicated one at that) since the very first game.. a leopard never changes it's spots. ;)

You've already won the World Cup, now you want the latest build?;)

They will probably get it because world premiere GT5 event is scheduled for October in Madrid.

The winner of Belgian Mercedes-Benz/GT5 competiton will get a free trip to that event.

Details about the event itself are still scarce, though.

World premiere GT5 event... October in Madrid 2010.
I didn't know... It seems that we'll have another big show (maybe the bigger, if we say world premiere).
It's very good to know.

Event details are scarce? Yeah, just had a quick Google. Does anyone know the official name of the event, or what day(s) it is?

Dr. Exenter, please review Dr. Heath_1's opinion.

Sorry, I just got such a bust up over the patients/patience thing. :)

I know, I know...

Generally VW Typ2 T1 and with the nickname VW Bulli. The VW Bus in the game is the special edition „Samba-Bus" with 23 windows, later version is with 21 windows and textile roof.

I made a second try and maybe this convention may be related:

It is not, of course, a GT5 dedicated event so I don't know if Amar was referring to that. In any event it seems a good place to get new info.

I'm aware that it's a Samba, but which specific name?

In Germany it was the Kleinbus Sondermodell, in the USA it was the Deluxe Station Wagon, etc. Which is it?

where the third???

maybe f1 sebastian vettel? :)

I suggested that too a few days ago, does make sense doesn't it?
The fact they didn't disclose or display it now in that screen may have to do with the fact F1 cars are perhaps more prominent ( as in more cars than just the Ferrari F1 2007 ) than assumed until now.
Why else add an entire Vettel F1 experience ( assumption ofcourse, as always ) when there's only one F1 car in the game?

I think an X1 Prototype Sebastian Vettel Challenge is more like it:sly:

Could be but an experience based on one car with Loeb and Gordon explaining their series as a whole?
Vettel seems to be the only absent driver and maybe the X1 is such an extraordinary machine it indeed deserves its own challenge.

But looking at the levels required, i'm assuming lv stands for level. It would be at lv 0, and with someone new to the GT series. How would they be able to handle the X1, or a F1 car for that matter. The rallies are at lv 4, and lv 15. I would think, if there was an F1 school. It would be like lv 25 or somewhere around there.

I'm pretty sure LV represents how far into each challenge the player has progressed. I.e. there are X number of levels and the player has gotten to level 4 in the Loeb one.
