What happened with the Qore thing?

Its 2:20PM on a Tuesday in the UK...

Maybe he meant Thursday?

edit:

No its definitely today...where is it?!

the US store some time doesnt update till 6-8 PM HERE. its rather lame... it always feels like they dont know what they are doing. Hopefully it will update by 2 but I doubt it.

so can we download Qore in the UK? (Without making a US account).

I don't think I've ever seen it on the PS store here before.

I'm afraid not. You need a US account (very easy) and a US credit card or US PSN Voucher (not so easy) as it isn't free.

The one on the left an NSX maybe?
The one on the right looks a lot like the CR-Z.

So, I have heard that it costs money to watch Qore? I went to site and cannot find how much it is to subscribe...

Did I misunderstand?

http://gt5.divertissement.orange.fr/

In the "Presentation" section in the "La Reference" tab, it says "Compatible avec la Reconnaissance faciale" , theyre saying that facial recognition is a feature...literally, could mean the Head Tracking also, but thats different from Facial Recognition... but i think head tracking would be translated as "detecteur de mouvement".

Qore has always been a paid for video magazine.

$2.99 an episode.
$24.99 for a year subscription.

Pulse is free, but that is like a five minute news-style advertisement.

:embarrassed: I see my beloved Aston DB6 from GT2!!! 2nd Row 7th from right.

Also some Race Tuned Hakosukas unseen since GT2 as well!

A DeTomaso Pantera 3rd row right.

Wouldnt be amazing to find out this is PDs way of giving us somewhat of a car list.

Ok, thank you for the info. đź‘Ť

To be honest, I had never heard of it before this, and those prices aren't that bad.

I'm afraid that's not a DB6. I think the general view is that it's the '62 Prince Skyline as, I think, is the white car above the circled NSX.

If this does turn out to be a genuine hint at included cars then it would be a pretty awesome piece of fan service for the hardcore car porn brigade. But mostly I think it's just a fun game to pass the time for a while.

A little Off-Topic but today I was outside in a commercial area here in Dortmund Germany , and I heard this deep sound coming up next to me , I turned my head to the left , and wooow a red SLS AMG right next to me , awesome to see that car in reallife and not just in GT5 :D

Right now the North American time zones are between 7:30am and 11:30am, so if it updates at 8PM US time we have between 12.5 hours, to 16.5 hours.

I'll be the first to agree with those who say the cars identified in the "We love cars" video aren't in any way proof or confirmation of inclusion in GT5.
But I'd like to point out however all the new cars identified so far, and deducting the duplicates and ones seen before ( already confirmed or present in one form or other in previous game ), are roughly numbering around 20ish ( not that much ).

And keeping in mind the majority of toy cars seem to be the usual suspects and this video is obviously related to GT5 which makes the odd ones out ( given that the majority consists of cars included making it seem less random than it may appear at first glance ) peculiar to include, to say the least.
Especially considering releasing the 'making of video' ( which shows the car selection much clearer than the original video ) to the public knowing full well this would be analyzed in depth by the sad bunch we are.

If it indeed were just about displaying random toy cars, wouldn't it be more logical to just buy random toycars in all scales and sizes ( instead of the more detailed collectors cars they used ) which weren't associated with GT at all ( for a random selection they do seem very specific )?
Again just speculating ofcourse but considering the amount of newly identified cars within the context of that video it could very well be either unrelated random coincidence ( just picking models from somewhere which coincidentally contain a lot of models futured in GT games, which is perfectly possible ) or a deliberately chosen selection including a few "easter eggs".

Anyway, we know for certain within less than a month so don't get your hopes up too much if you particularly like a newly discovered car and even when you do, you won't have months and months of false anticipation and expectations building up leading to massive disappointment.
For now it's just a slightly amusing guessing game.:)

It all depends on the content. I only buy an occasional episode.

When you posted that it was 10:30 AM ET here, which puts it at 9.5 hours to 12.5 by my math.

*NOT GT5 RELATED< BUT KINDA*

Looking at the Forza close FOV cockpit view, it just didnt seem right, but in WRC game, the dash FOV looks really good when used with the wheel, it could have been an interesting compromise for the Standard cars, but we should at least get the choice to have the close FOV in Premiums. The visibility is great compared to some claustro GT Citroen cockpits.

Whut? Damned... >.>, so for me, tomorrow.

Edit: btw. it's 8.5-12.5 hours.

yeah I made a silly mistake, added the extra 4 hours on instead of taking them away haha.

But yeah for us UK people we won't get the information from Qore until early tomorrow morning.

Gamescom, E3, TGS and whatever information may come from Qore has always been at bad times for us brits... Damn you PD! xD

Is anyone like me when it comes to such an anticipated game? You buy the game, and get it home...and your eyes pop out of your head as you look at the packaging? And then you open the case, and smell everything including the print material?

Then the hair stands on end on your arms when you put the disk in, and when you get to the first main screen, you have a smile from ear to ear as you go through and push every button you can in the different menus to see what you have to look forward to?

Oh man....I can already feel all that and it's a month away!
